I turned around to see the dark vigorous plant that had struck me with it s furiously huge stem which froze to death as the sun began to set on the cold mysterious lake that I saw before me. Before my eyes a dark hooded figure with no apparent name set forth in my existence longing for me to show my face. I strode over to him and with such eagerness I asked what he called himself. With a blink of an eye he replied "I am the chosen one". Curiosity hit me like a beacon of hope. He asked me what my name was to which I replied "Lily". I turned to him wanting to reveal the secrets that he carried within the hooded dress like cloth that he wore with such elegance. We began to walk deeper into the night talking about his life although he did not say much. He was a shy figure who had walked in the shadows his whole life.

The night drifted on and before i'd known death had fallen on me. My alarm. The irritating noise of the object telling me to depart from my bed rang and scared the life out of me! My mum stormed in too my room shouting "Lily! Lily! Get up now! Your going to be late for your first day!" I sighed with a sense of severe devastation and buried myself into the silky white duvet that covered the majority of my bed.

20 minutes later, I decided to leave my luxurious warm heaven and beautify myself ready for my first day of school which I was dreading. I never really enjoyed school that much after going to St.Catherines the most horrible school I have ever attended. I was only there for 1 year. I moved due to my dad's job, and so here I am in Virginia starting my first day. I'm worried about making friends due to the fact I didn't have many back in my previous school but then again it's a fun adventure that I am going to encounter!

I quickly got ready sporting a plain white vest, the comfiest leggings ever and my white converse! I don't really have a style I just like to wear what I feel like!

I jumped in the car as my mum got ready to take me too school. As I stared into my next door neighbours filthy old garden my mind casted into thoughts of the dream I had last night. A dark hooded figure. As my mum got in the car the strangest thing occurred. An old man steadily walked passed our car with a black hood. He stared at me abnormally. He reminded me of the hooded figure in my dream. He smiled at me, gave me a cheeky grin and carried on walking. Was it inevitable? My mum drove the car further and further. My hands were ice cold are were shaking like mad. I felt a bit sick inside as it was my first day of school and something strange had just happened.

I got out of the car still shaking from previous events. My mum waved me goodbye and I headed towards the loud bustling crowds that were chanting something obscure. This was it. My first day.
