"Bye dearies!!" Kyôka waved, dabbing the corners of her eyes with a handkerchief, as Mr. Geer helped them get into a small wagon. "I'll miss you!"

"Stop being so dramatic," Mr. Geer rolled his eyes. "Have a safe journey kiddos. I hope you find some spiritual meaning on your pilgrimage."

Lucy blinked. "Pilgrim—Oh right! Yeah, we'll be fine thank you." Almost screwed that up. "Natsu, say bye..." she trailed off when she saw his sick face. "Your motion sick already? But we haven't even started to move!"

"Must... find... SOLID GROUND!" Natsu declared in a queasy voice.

  "This child," Lucy groaned.

"Bye!" The couple cried when the cabin began to move. Lucy waved at them through the window before settling in her seat.

  "I-It's... moving?!" Natsu demanded.

  "Yes idiot," Lucy snapped, facepalming.

  "You're mean," Natsu said.

"I am..." Lucy chuckled to herself as she watched the tress skim past her vision. At some point, Happy had wandered over to her and fell asleep on her lap. Honestly, Natsu tagging along with her was such a hassle—though it did her time to collect her thoughts.

She pulled out Lisanna'a letter and began to reread everything she mentioned about Onibus.

Your journey begins in my hometown. I'm fairly certain that my childhood didn't take place in Magnolia, but rather somewhere else in Fiore—Maybe somewhere else on Earthland entirely.

Mirajane would be the best person to ask. Being subtle with her in the key so don't be too direct with your questions. If she asks why, then just say you wanted to pay respects to my birth town.

If that doesn't work, then make something up.

(Don't tell anyone about this letter until you've finished, Lucy. If someone has already seen it, then drag them along kicking and screaming.)

You are to first find out the place of my birth, as well as a specific record of the day. After the accident, I've never remembered when me birthday is...

Also, I occasionally have brief flashes—the fuzzy colors materializing into what I think was a church.

I need to know the reason my brother and sister left the village. They aren't ones to exaggerate, not when the situation is serious. They always become reserved when I bring the topic up, so I want to know.

I remember the church... being large. It was the only one in our town. There were pretty Tiger Lilies—I remember since the bright red stood out in my low saturation flashbacks.

I also remember that we lived near the church.

I think we owned a plot of land as well, nothing too big or anything. Just big enough to live off of.

I recall something about two particular people. Were they good or bad... I don't know. But I do remember something important... these two were rich in the upperclass and had many supporters. And these two, had a history with my parents. Something my siblings don't know, remarkably.

These two are the reason my parents died.

  Thank you, Lucy.

  One page of text.

One page that covered all of Lisanna's childhood. It saddened Lucy that the sheet of paper she was holding was all Lis could remember.

  Just one page...

"So what's the plan?" Asked Natsu once they stepped off of the wagon. They'd reached a significantly crowded area with a hullabaloo of people—certainly a change from the Junction.

"We find a hospital record first." Said Lucy. "Lis wants to know where and when she was born."

"When?" Natsu quirked an eyebrow. "I know when she was born—"

"No, I mean before the accident."

"Yeah," Natsu insisted. "I was her first friend. I'd obviously know when her birthday is."

"Wait, seriously?" Lucy stopped. She was dumb, of course Natsu—or any one of her friends for that matter—would know when Lis's birthday was. "But... the letter."

  "Her birthday is on—"

"W-Wait!" Lucy covered her ears. "Don't tell me!"

"Why?" Natsu gave her a weird look.

"I'm going to follow the letter," Lucy told him firmly. "The letter wants me to investigate, which is what I'll do. If you tell me, then that defeats the purpose."

  "Quit being stubborn." Natsu grumbled.

"I'm not." Lucy sighed. "Lis is the one being stubborn... not me."

Eventually, the found a guide who gave them a directory to the hospitals in the area. Perhaps luck was on their side, as there were only five in the entirety of Onibus.

"Onibus is tiny, you know," Natsu offered. "And slightly... what's the word? It starts with an 'a' and has the same prefix as 'annual'."

"Anachronistic?" Lucy piped. "It means 'not from this time'."

"I think that's the one," he gave her a thumbs up. "Onibus is really anachron... ana..."

"Anachronistic," Lucy repeated, this time slower.

"That word. It's really ancient." He finally stated.

"The word or the area?"

"The area." Natsu have her an exasperated look. "And maybe the word too."

"Way to go, Captain Obvious," Lucy rolled her eyes. This was going to be a long day.
