Patton's fear of spiders was nothing new, all the sides know of patton's phobia and took it into consideration expect from one side who was currently on an pranking war with another. These two sides were Roman and Virgil who had first started on them both and used the standard bucket filled with glitter to fall on Logan's head, Roman had determine it was Patton turn but Virgil was more hesitant about it.
"Why don't we do something soft on pat? You know how he is." Virgil tried to reason really not wanting to hurt his boyfriend but Roman wasn't budging."is it's an prank that's all!" He smirked as he prepared an prank behind Virgil's back. " it's only teasing after all."
Virgil only hopped and begged that Roman would take pity on Patton as he tended to take these to far, Virgil watched as Patton spent the day with Logan helping him clean up the glitter and himself and knew he was safe with Logan.. or so he thought.
After dinner Patton smiled at the group he looked tired down to the bone and said he was going to have an rest, Roman had calmed down not even bothered to insult Virgil since this mourning so Virgil thought he had forgotten about pranking Patton, Virgil stood up and kissed Patton sweetly and told him good night and Patton smiled back.

Today was the day that Thomas had broke up with his boyfriend and it was the annversity of them splitting, Thomas hadn't been feel all to great crying to himself and Patton felt grey and only wanted this day to pass, he opened his door and closed it again and fell onto his pastel blue bed, he closed his eyes and crawled up planning to go to sleep.
But he felt something on his face, he ignored it thinking it was just the wind and crawled up more, but soon he felt things running up his arms, he opened his eyes and saw the hairy beast running to his arm, he went to scream but suddenly his mouth was clogged and soon black hairs covered his sight they were everywhere all over his bed, carpet and face. He waved his Arms trying to wipe them away but his arms were frozen. Somehow he fell on the ground the beasts filling his mouth fell out and Patton crawled to the door, his mind screaming as he saw all them and he froze when he tried to open the door but it wouldn't open soon he felt hot to hot and his breath went erratic, he weakly banged on the door as the spiders soon crawled over his face and body as it fell like an statue on the floor.
Downstairs Logan heard the bangs and turned to the others. "Isn't that from Patton's room?" Virgil jumped up and then looked at Roman who was smirking and it hit Virgil like an pile of rocks..he never forgot,
He looked up at the stairs. He did it behind my back. Virgil ran up stairs with Logan following they ran to his door to see the an river of black crawling under the crack and Virgil paled. No he didn't..
"Patton!" He shouted as he tried to open the door but it was locked, he shook the doornob" Patton! You okay?!" Logan pushed Virgil and bust down the door and gasped loudly, the room was darker than Virgil's curtains, the room to be crawling and infected with spiders, they saw an shaking lump on the ground and Virgil ran to him. "Angel!" He shouted not caring about Logan or Roman right now and wiped away the spiders on Patton ignoring the bites. Patton eyes were small and unfocused and his full body was shaking, his mouth was moving rapidly but no words came out, Virgil picked up Patton softly not to scare him more than he was and ran to the living room placing him on the couch, Virgil began to shake as Patton wasn't reacting to Virgil picking him up and moving him.
Logan clicked away all the spiders and stormed into the living room where an shaking Patton now sat an shaky Virgil and an guilty Roman. It was clear Logan is mad as he slammed closed the living room door and he glared at Virgil and Roman.
"One of your pranks?" He asked his voice dripping with venom, Virgil began shaking more as Patton whimpered and started murmuring "no no no." Roman looked down and Virgil began running his hand down patton's arm but Logan smacked it away. Virgil looked hurt at Logan but was shut down as Logan give him an glare. "How dare you both." "I can take the pranks, you two can take the pranks." His voice got louder and louder "But you both know he cannot take it!" He shouted and they both flinched.
Despite Patton being Virgil's Patton and Logan were very protective of each other them knowing each other since Thomas was in the womb they were like brothers in an sense. "It wasn't my idea." Virgil mumbled and Roman flashed him an look." I didn't want to prank him." He pointed up stairs. "And something that cruel to someone I love is never my idea!" He shouted and Logan glared at them both.
"Who did it then?" His voice calm but they knew better than to assume he wasn't angry, Roman raised an hand and Logan sharp gaze turn to an ice cold stare. "Explain."
Virgil began helping Patton breath properly, Patton soon calmed down but he was still shaking and Virgil went to touch him but Patton jumped away. "NO! No no no get off get off!" " you said go easy-" "YOU THINK THATS SOFT?!" He shouted and Roman flinched never hearing Virgil about this loudly. "You know about his fear YOU KNOW HOW FUCKING SCARED HE CAN GET!"
"I didn't mean it to be that much." Roman weakly defended him self and Virgil had to refrain from punching him. "There shouldn't be an single one there." Virgil said lowly and Roman looked down in guilt.
An couple of hours later, Logan had gotten Patton an glass of water as he seemed to calm down but he was quiet and not speaking focusing on an spot on the wall. "There you go pat." Logan said and Patton nodded. "Thank.. you" he said and Logan smiled, Virgil was sitting next to Patton, it was all his fault he shouldn't even of thought of pranking Patton but he did.
"V-Virgil?" An raspy voice called out and Virgil ran to patton's side. "Oh god Patton I'm so sorry.. please forgive me that was not my idea." He begged and Patton just reached to Virgil and beckoned for an hug. "I don't want to talk about it." Virgil held him closely and Patton hugged into his neck.
Logan sat watching patton and Virgil hug and went to walk out but Patton stopped his walk. "Thank you logie" Patton said mumbled into Virgil's hoodie and Logan smiled." Any time Patton."
It was nighttime and Virgil went to bed as the day had exhausted him but Patton walked in shaking and holding an blanket. Virgil smiled and moved his covers telling him to join, Patton smiled and ran into the bed and snuggled into Virgil." I guess you'll be in here for a while huh?" Asked Virgil and Patton smiled."
