Hiding Myself From Loving You

Chapter 5:

[Riley's POV]

We three brothers together with Gem and Krystal spended our days before graduation into roadtrips everywhere in Florida using Connor's car. Toby's beside him, while I was with the two girls at the back. After our Florida roadtrip, we went a bit westward to Louisiana (it's been our first time travelling outside Florida) where we crossed the longest bridge on the world. Whew...it took about an hour before we finished crossing that freaking longest bridge like ughhh... XDD but well, it's an experience. We even reached some faraway states like Texas, Oklahoma and Arizona.

Today, we went to the beach here in Miami just to relax ourselves, and of course to enjoy swimming in this beautiful beach. We also decided to stay overnight here, and that really would add the fun! Awww yeah! We could enjoy this day on our own here like we own it.

It's already half past five in the afternoon, and Toby, Connor and Krystal were already soaking and playing with themselves there on the beach, while here I am, staying here in the rented house provided by the beach resort management. I went outside to have some air when I suddenly saw Gem sitting alone under the tree with her cap on her head (yeah, that's her signature style), and went to her to accompany her.

"Hi buddy!" I made a fist bump with her.

"Oh, hi Ri! Why are you here!?" She responded to the gesture.

"I'm so bored, so yeah and I also need to get fresh air. So hot there in the house, you know." I chuckled, "how bout you, buddy!? Why are you here alone!?"

"Same reason, Ri-guy. Hahaha~~~"

Everytime I looked at her with a beautiful smile on her face, I didnt knew this feeling, but it just felt so right, especially when I moved literally beside her. How I really wish I could tell her my feelings for her... but I guess she wouldnt see this...and besides she's a tomboyish-like girl, so yeah there's just a little hope for me, but I want her to see the fact that I'm secretly in love with her.

Few minutes past, the three clowns went to us, and even dragged us to play with them there on the beach. XD

"Hey Gem! Hey Ri! What's up and you guys there!?" Toby went to us first, then followed by Connor and Krystal. (They're wearing their own swim wears, while I was wearing just a black tank tops and shorts, and Gem's wearing her signature style. Red cap, white t-shirt and a bit large blue shorts.)

"Oh Con, Tobs, Krys! Did you had fun there!?" I asked them.

"Of course, Ri, but it would be more enjoyable if you guys join us." Krystal suddenly splashed me and Gem with a water on their mini-bucket on her hands.

"Heeeeeey!!! How dare you do that XD" Gem rolled her eyes and laughed.

"If you'll join us, then we wouldnt splas--" Connor blackmailed us jokingly. XD

"Okay okay, we'll going to join!! Just dont splash water on us again." I chuckled.

"Rileeeeeeeyyyyy!!!!" Gem opposed a bit.

"You dont want!? Then I'm gonna splash yo--" It was my turn to give her a blackmail jokingly XDD hahahaha let's see if she'll gonna refuse it. XDDD

"Alright! I'll join you guys!" Fi. nal. ly. hahahaha

"YEEEEHHHEEEEEYYYY!!!" We three brothers and Krystal were exclaimed, and got ourselves ready for the play time in the beach.

"Then, better get ready guys and I'll be chasing you in three, two, one go!" I volunteered to be an 'it' XDDD

As usual,  I chased everyone of them towards the white sands, and I was about to tap Gem when I accidentally tripped her foot, which led us to fall into the sands. I was positioned on the top of her, and my lips almost fell on hers when she suddenly pushed me away to get her cap.

"My back hurts, you Ri-guy. Ugghhhhhh..."

"I-I'm so sorry, Gem. I didnt mean it..." I helped her stood herself up.

"No need, Ri. Thanks..." She refused.

"No. You couldnt stand yourself up here. Just let me help you." I insisted with a worried face.

She had no choice, but to help her stood herself up, but instead of lending a hand for her, I carried her in bridal style to the house. At first, she'd obviously refuse this, but I held her so tight that I didnt want to let her go, so yeah. The remaining three went to us, also brought their worried faces here.

"Rileeeyyy!! OMG What happened to her!?" Krystal's mouth went wide open.

"I accidentally tripped her foot..." I calmly replied.

"We should take her to her room, Ri. Just let her rest herself alone." Connor gave an order.

"Can I stay beside her, Con?!" I pleaded.

"No, Ri. We need to leave her here. Maybe.. maybe she wants to take a nap."

"Awwww..." I pouted as Con's speaking.

"Connor's right, dear. Just leave her alone here." Krys warned on me.

"O-okaaaay..." I left a sigh.

Here I am again...thinking bout how could I take care of her. Ugghhhh...I just couldnt stand this feeling like I'm now going crazy. One day left before graduation, and I still didnt have anything to tell these feelings to her. Ughhh Riley~~~ when would have a single gut to do that!?

Few hours past and we already ate dinner. I went to her room to bring her dinner there, and feed it to her since he only allowed me to this, nothing more, and nothing less. I sighed again as I felt much disappointed inside.

It's now already late at night, and I couldnt sleep right now...maybe cos it's cold here in my room, and I only wear no shirt on. I tried some crazy stuffs to make me fall asleep, but guess that's not effective. I suddenly rose myself out of bed, and tiptoed myself to Gem's room just to make sure that no one could hear any noises, and well, I finally succeeded. XD Con, Krys and Tobs were already on their respective rooms. I went to her room just I wanna take care of her so badly, and I also wanna make sure that she wouldnt wake up once I climbed up on her side, and gradually hugged her into my arms so tightly. I know she's not feeling well right now, so I need to take care of her. Ughhhh..  I really dont know, but something urged me to kiss her, and I did it. I wanna make sure that she wouldnt notice this since she's still sleeping while kissing her, and I broke it up after a minute to give her a very tight hug. Okay. Call me crazy, but I'm now madly in love with her, and I really want her to be mine, but like what I said before, I'm really afraid that she might couldnt see what I'm feeling for her inside cos of her being a tomboyish-styled girl, and also cos of her being older than me. But so what!? Age doesnt matter, right!? And I also dont care bout her being like that. I still love her. Ughhhhh....I'm still hoping that I could properly confess this feelings to her on our graduation tomorrow.

haaai there XD I was supposed to post this chapter last Sunday/Monday, but I just had important appointments to do, so I'm really sorry  ))): But now, this chapter's already posted! Hope you guys like this!
