"Jade, stop it. Come on, I just need to finish this then we can go." I whined reluctantly as I pulled away from Jade's lips. She pouted at me from her perch on the desk in the back office of the bookshop.

"Just 1 more." Jade pleaded and I caved. How could I not?

"Fine, 1 more but then I need to finish logging all this new stock in and then we can go." I replied as I leant in to place a lazy kiss on Jade's lips. Jade hummed in appreciation against my lips and I smiled wide, I really was beginning to fall for this girl. When I went to pull away Jade followed me and planted a couple of little kisses against my lips. "Hey, it was only supposed to be 1!"

Jade grinned at me, she knew from my smile that I wasn't really complaining, "don't act like you don't love it but sorry, couldn't resist." I simply shook my head playfully at her and picked up a book from the pile so I could scan it's barcode. For the next few minutes I worked silently but quickly, it was tedious work but I had to finish it. There was only a few books left on the trolley to be logged when I decided to glance back at Jade. She was still sat on the desk, swinging her legs and staring intently at her phone. Her eyebrows were furrowed slightly as she rapidly typed away. I swooned internally at how adorable she looked, dressed in jeans and an oversized hoodie and with her hair thrown up into a messy bun. It was such a casual, cuddly look - domestic almost - but I loved it. She didn't have an ounce of makeup on and she wasn't trying to impress me but I still thought she looked beautiful.

"Why are you staring at me?" Jade teased without looking up. I blushed bright red and looked away.

"What? I wasn't..."

"You, Perrie Edwards, are a terrible liar." Jade stated and she finally looked up at me. A wide smile covered her face and butterflies swarmed in my stomach from the affection swimming in her eyes.

"Fine, maybe I was." I mumbled quietly.

Jade raised an eyebrow at me: "maybe?"

"Shut up." I moaned and I rested my head back against the chair. My eyes were closed so I jumped when I felt a weight settle into my lap. My eyes opened and landed on Jade who was suddenly a lot closer than before.

"You're cute when you're embarrassed." Jade told me. I could feel my face heating up again so I leant my head forward to rest my forehead on Jade's chest in order to hide the blush creeping up my cheeks. Jade giggled and ran her fingers through my hair. When I'd felt the blush leave my cheeks I lifted my head to find Jade watching me. I strained my head upwards slightly and caught her lips between my own. Instantly, Jade melted into the kiss.

"Okay, serious now. I have to get this done." I told Jade when the kiss ended and she nodded in understanding at me. Subconsciously, my arm snaked round Jade's waist and I began tracing patterns on the outside of her thigh as I worked; Jade simply smiled in approval and cuddled into my chest.

About 10 minutes later and I had just finished logging my last book so I signed out. I looked over at Jade and she was engrossed in a game of sudoku. With a pout I rested my chin on her shoulder and waited for her to notice I was finished. A smile subconsciously graced Jade's face at my actions but she didn't acknowledge me in any other way. After about 30 seconds of waiting I began to get restless.

"Jadeeee..." I whined as I gently prodded her in the ribs. She put down her phone and finally turned to look at me. I stuck my bottom lip out and widened my eyes. "I'm hungry. Feed me." Jade let out a quiet laugh.

"You're always hungry Pez." I froze at the nickname and the expression dropped from my face instantly. Jade clearly noticed this as her face morphed into one of concern. "You okay?" Her hand reached up to brush a lock of hair out of my face and then it trailed across my jaw so she could lift my chin slightly.
