TUESDAY

Lola woke up to the sound of Shamika snoring loudly.

She rolled her eyes and hit her with a pillow angrily.

"If I can't sleep you can't either" she said.

"I didn't even do anything" she yawned sitting up.

"You really need to get your own room." Lola sighed going to get ready.

Lola's pov

I took the bus to school and plugged in my earphones. I started scrolling through my Spotify and listened to Travis Scott's new album.

I saw Luke get on the bus and he briefly paused to look at me before sitting down at the front.

'Rude' I thought. He's supposed to be my best friend's man.

I got off the bus behind him and saw him walk straight past his friends. I ignored it and walked towards Haley who was on her phone.

"Hey" she smiled hugging me.

"Hey Haley" I smiled taking my earbuds out.

"You know my brothers planning a date with you" she said.

"Oh. We made a bet and I lost so he's taking me on a surprise date" I said smiling at the thought.

"Are you excited?" She asked putting her phone in her back pocket. She linked her arm with mine.

"Yeah. Your brother is so sweet and he's hot" I laughed walking into school with her. "You guys have really good genes"

"I know right. I'm gorgeous" she said flipping her hair.

We laughed and walked over to her locker.

"Oh shit. Have you done the maths homework?" I asked.

"Obviously" She said pulling out a copy of her homework.

"Oh my gosh" I hugged her. "You're the best"

"This is a one time thing" she said "since you were ill"

I kissed her cheek and put the sheet in my bag.

"Hey Haley" Luke said tapping her shoulder. "Can we talk?"

"Sure" She said walking to a corner with him.

I waited for them to finish talking but when I looked over she was crying and waving her arms about in the air. He tried to grab her arm but she pushed him back. She put her finger in his face and started yelling. She then backed off and ran towards me, Luke tried to follow her.

"Haley" I said as she ran past me.

No ones pov

Lola followed Haley back outside where she sat on the step.

"What happened?" She asked sitting next to her.

"He was using me" She spluttered. "For a fucking game"

"What are you talking about?" She asked scrunching her eyebrows.

"The guys have a game where they add up points depending on the shit they do with a girl. And me and you are the girls that give double points." She said.

"What the fuck" she whispered hugging her "are you okay?"

"He was fucking adding on points when he was kissing me" she cried. "And we nearly had sex " she said crying harder.
