LOLA

The last 2 weeks, Sebastian has been treating me so much. Last Friday he came to my house in the morning when I was in my pjs getting ready for work and decided we should both take a sick day so he could spend some cash on me. It was really cute, he said it was to make up for all the late nights he spent at work.

Each day he'd send me small things like necklaces, shoes, clothes.

"You don't have to do that you know" I said.

"I know, but I wanna treat my baby"

I smiled into the phone.

"Thank you, the gifts are really cute"

"Everything fits right?" He asked.

"Yeah they fit. I didn't even know you knew my sizes"

"I know my baby girl" he said.

"Aww, you guys are too cute" Jennifer said.

"Oh so you got me on speaker" he laughed.

"Hey Sebastian" Jennifer said.

"Hey Jenny" he laughed. Jennifer was the only person that seemed to have nothing against Sebastian, though in all honesty, she seemed like his favourite out of my family. My dad liked him although they only had 3 long encounters. But they always seemed to be laughing about something, yet Lucas would never admit he liked Sebastian. He'd just claim he's 'okay' and shrug.

"How are the twins?" He asked.

"Napping" Jennifer said.

"I was wondering why it was so quiet."

"Mhmm. Are you still at work?" Jennifer asked.

"Yeah" he replied shuffling around. "I'm taking a little break now to talk to Lola."

"Wow, don't overwork yourself baby" Jennifer said.

"Mama" Sophia called.

"And they're awake" Jennifer stood up leaving the living room to see what was up with Sophia.

"How was your day then?" Sebastian asked.

"It was okay" I shrugged. "Oh, Greg found himself a date"

"As in the Greg that sits next to you" he said not believing a word.

"Yeah, and don't say it like that"

"Good for him" Sebastian chuckled.

"Next week I'm going to a family reunion" I said, "gonna meet my grandma for the first time."

"Wow" he chuckled. "I mean, I didn't know you liked the rest of your family like that."

"You're right I don't but maybe my other cousins are cool, all I have to go off is Cecilia, her mom and my mom"

"I thought you were cool with your mom"

"Eh, I don't really wanna talk to her though. It was embarrassing when I met her again and she automatically tried to disown me."

"Your life is one long drama series." he laughed, he grunted a little and coughed. "I gotta go."

"Are you okay?"

He coughed again. "Yeah, I just need a little water."

"Take care, love you" and he cut the phone.

I put my phone down and sighed, what was up with him.

I heard soft knocks and the door that started turning into a beat.

"What it is?"

"Whats up?"
