I woke up to the sound of crying, like clockwork at exactly 6am.

"Urghh" Shamika groaned sitting up.

I looked over at Jayden crying loudly. I picked her up and carried her out the room so that Shamika could go back to sleep.

"Shh Baby" I sighed rocking her as I walked into the bathroom. I sat on the edge of the bath tub as I rubbed her back and I took the fake baby bottle then pressed it against her lips which made her quieten down. I put her down and brushed my teeth knowing that I wouldn't be able to get back to sleep.

I was ready for school and had changed Jayden into cuter clothing and had her baby bag ready.

There was three knocks on the door and Michael opened the door.

"Hey. Where's my baby girl?" He said entering my home.

"I'm coming" I said walking down the stairs. I was way too tired to get dressed properly so I wore a messy bun and comfy clothing.

"You okay?" Michael asked taking the baby out of my hands " you look tired"

"The baby woke me up at 6" I yawned.

"Luckily, my mama gave me her car for a week. She said I should have it since imma be a daddy for the week" he said looking down at Jayden.

"Thank God. I don't wanna walk" I said.

"Yo I'm coming too" Shamika said walking down the stairs fully dressed. "I'm bored being at home all the time" she said walking out the front door and sitting in the back of Michael's car.

"Let's go then" Junior said.

I took the baby out of his arms and sat in the back with Shamika.

"Why aren't you sitting in the front?"

"I'm still not over the shit you did with your friends" I said rolling my eyes.

"Don't swear in front of the baby, remember" Shamika said not taking his eyes off her phone.

Once we got to school, I got out the car with Shamika and saw Haley with Luke and the baby smiling and laughing.
