I look up staring at the shiny light. One leg in front of the other I drag them to the center of the stage. My heels click directing everyone's attention to me.

I place on hand on the cold silver metal. I tilt my head showing my neck and having my hair fall down my back. I bit my lip looking back at that light trying my hardest not to have and eye contact with the guys.

After six months here I still seem to feel exposed. I squat down grinding my hips on the pole. My pink velvet one piece glowed in the light along with my glittery tights. I walk back up the pole.

Latching one of my legs around the pole I spin around the cold metal and my hair flips around.

I climb up the pole latching both of my legs. Curling them down and spinning upside down.

I lay my legs on it forward falling down stopping right before the bottom.

The disgusting money hit my body as I got up. I continued doing a few more twist.

The lights changed back in forth between colors. Smoke filled the room. I just danced no matter who was watching me.

Careless

Just like I used to be. My hips went up and down to the beat.

I close my eyes absorbing the vibration. I tried moving my mind from this situation. It usually worked when I was uncomfortable.

I bit my lip thinking about the night of the wedding and the honeymoon and day and day after that.

My baby gave it to me everyday. Until it was unsafe for the twins of course.

I open my eyes hearing clapping and I jump from that stage. Making towards Annie taking her tray away and serving them.

I sigh going behind the bar. I pour the clear liquor in the tiny glass bottles.

No emotion covered my face as I grabbed the grey patter putting it on my fore arm. I push the wooden door and it unlocks to the crowd. I try not to hit anyone until this tall figure hits against me. I fall backwards sending the drinks flying.

Unexpected though I didn't hit the cold floor but instead it is replaced with a warm protecting feeling.

Tan arms helped me back to my feet. Soon I'm faced with familiar chocolate gazed eye. My heart arms to the touch and the sight.

My eyes immediately gaze with water. My body is brought into a tight hold. A warm feeling fills me.

I break down in his arms and he walks us out of the club into a small black room.

My arms pull him closer. I was desperate for my husbands touch but I will survive with this for now. My best friend, my brother and my family.

"Oh Nova." He says looking down at me. Tears are wiped away with his tan fingers.

"Jack I'm so so so sorry." I cry pulling him back. He doesn't resist the hold and embraces me back.

He rubs his hand over my head and shushes me.

"Nova?" He ask pushing me back a bit to look at my face.

"Jack how did you find me?" I ask in a hurry.

"Well I found where you live first then I saw you coming here I was the only one." He shrugs.

"You have to come home." He begs with a sadden face. "Grayson is barley breathing without you. All of us are." He tells me.

I feel ashamed but I couldn't go back yet. Not until it was safe for them.

"Jack... I-I can't." I stutter to him as I shake my head. "You can't tell them where I am please Jack trust me." I beg him now.

"Fine." He spits. "What are you doing here?" He says with guilt in his eyes.

He pushes the big black metal down and walks into the dark alley.

Leaving me here alone and without a goodbye. Just like I did Grayson.

What have I been doing the past 6 months?
Well I found the house and I worked here taking care of my kids.

Not much else to explain. I've been so hidden no one could find my broken family.

I walk back into the club seeing my manager. The club was empty girls cleaning up. He walks towards me with a stack of cash in his hand.

"There's my best dancer." Johnson says.

He's not as bad as you think

He's not as bad as you think. If your thinking playboy yes you are correct but I've known him for a while. He was my brothers first best friend. Well of course me as the youngest I never really fit in.

Jack watched over me during middle school. Until he got a crush on me,and my brothers beat him up.

He helped me through and I'm thankful for him. "Thanks J." I say grabbing it from his hands.

I walk out of the club with money in one pocket and my hand gripped around my long black jacket.

I kept my head down as people recognized me. I just wanted to get home and check on my sleeping babies.

It was right being here but I would do anything for them.

The cold winter air filled the streets and my leg filled with goosebumps. I tried rubbing them together but couldn't quite get that to work.

My hair blew in the wind as small white flakes fell to the ground. My heels clicked against the concrete echoing through alley way.

I brain just remembered the path to my temporary home. I could never remember the way home to my beautiful yellow family home. There were so many different directions the only way I concept one and that was to the club house.

As I was lost in my mind. I instantly stop looking around seeing an unfamiliar place.

I must have took a wrong turn. I frown going to turn around. But I don't know which way to turn.

Instead of my hand going to my pocket to find my phone it goes around my neck trying to pry off the large arm that had a hold on it.

I felt a cloth cover my only breathing options. Then everything dripped into darkness.
