I woke up very excited this morning since it is my birthday today!
I got ready for work really quickly and I ran down the stairs. I can hear Sana humming in the kitchen.
I go up behind her and back hug her while she packs our lunch.
" Oh! Good morning baby! Why are you so excited today?..." Sana asks but I decided not to tell her it's my birthday. Just to test her a little bit if she payed attention.
" u-uh no reason... uh do you know what day it is today?..." I ask doubting if she remembers.
" uh its September, 1st today... why?..." she says casually.
" o-oh uh I just forgot the date today... thanks..." I leave the kitchen with a sad smile.
" Jungkook wait!" She yells. I turn back around with some hope only to see her running behind me.

I chuckle a bit sad before leaving the house for work.

At Work...
"Happy Birthday Mr.Jeon!!" The staff and employees congratulate me as they walk in my cabin with a small cupcake and a candle.
" thank you... but this was not necessary..." I say with a little smile.
" blow the candle our Sir! It's your birthday...!" They encourage and I do what they say. They all clap for me.
Each of them congratulate me and leave my office alone. Just me and this cupcake.
Even though all my staff and employees celebrate my birthday... I still don't feel satisfied since the love of my life hasn't wished me yet...
Im actually very disappointed in Sana, I thought she would remember my birthday... well I can't blame her she just recovered from the whole kidnapping thing so...
It's okay... she doesn't need to know... she'll feel horrible after wards.
