the door opened and it was Gilbert
"hey Anne you le- what were you about to say?" Gilbert said with a small smirk
"uuuh... nothing" Anne said scratching the back of her neck which showed she was nervous
"ok..." Gilbert said not really believing her "well you left your dress in the car"
"oh... thanks" Anne said blushing "uhh... I don't know when I'll see you again. so when do you need your clothes back."
"I can come by your house tomorrow and pick them up."
"ok"
they stared at eachother for ten seconds not even realizing it. then Jane cleared her throat. they broke the gaze and started blushing
"uuuhhh... bye Gilbert" Diana said
"uhm-bye... bye Anne"
"bye" they caught eachother's gaze and broke after a few seconds then he walked out
"WOAH" ruby said "THAT WAS... SOMETHING!"
"no! shut up." Anne said as her cheeks grew warm
"sooooo... you were saying." jane said

"DO YOU LIKE GILBERT BLYTHE!?" Jane yelled
"geeeez! ummm I-I don't know... I mean I guess"
"that's good enough!" Diana said with a smile
they all started giggling and Anne couldn' t help but smile
"do you guys want a sleepover in celebration?" Diana asked
"I'm in" Jane said

"hold on you know Marilla and Matthew I'll call them" Anne said picking up her phone
she called them and they said yes
"wait! I have to tell Gilbert to come here tomorrow instead of Green Gables"
