Molly's POV
"Molly! Molly! Molly where are you?" Luke's gaze suddenly finds me as I stumble through the crowd. He freezes for a second, then takes off running towards me. He hugs my body tightly, squeezing my aching limbs. I cling to his body, justing wanting to be held.
"Jesus Christ Molly," he breathes out, nearly sobbing, "I thought I lost you. God I thought I lost you too."
"I'm sorry Luke," I sob, holding him, "I'm so sorry."
"You don't have anything to be sorry for. You're a hero, Molls. I'm so proud of you."
"So many people died because of me."
"No. So many people are alive because of you."
"Are the boys-"
"They're fine. We're all fine. We've been looking for you ever since Psyche disappeared," he winks at me, a small smile on his face. I smile and hug him tightly again, clinging to his body. "Molly, I'm sorry about before. Our fight- I shouldn't have ever even considered you- I'm sorry."
"It's fine, Luke. Really," I mumble, exhausted. He notices how tired I am.
"Let's get you to the guys' place so you can rest." I watch as he texts them, telling them to meet us at their place. He puts his phone away and lets me lean against his body as we walk through the mess of a city.

"So where did you disappear to, Molly?" Ashton asks me, smiling as we walk into their apartment building.
"I was up near the building with Tremor and Psyche," I lie, still leaning against Luke.
"Lucky," Michael grumbles, "You got up front seats."
"Lucky? She was closer to danger," Luke argues, frowning at Mikey.
I giggle, "I'm fine, Luke." He rolls his eyes and messes up my hair as we walk through the door.
"Holy shit," Calum breathes as we stare at the mess. Broken items lay scattered in the floor. Everything out of place. Tremor hit this place alone. He knew they lived here. God I don't want to see mine and Luke's apartment.
"Hopefully nothing too valuable was damaged," Ashton jokes, trying to lighten the mood.
"Calum," Michael says quietly, getting our attention. We all turn to look as he holds up the bottom of Calum's bass. The neck is broken off at a weird angle. Calum makes a noise sounding like a strangled sob. He rushes over and takes his instrument from Michael, inspecting it carefully.
"I guess I'm out of the band," he chokes out, tears in his eyes.
"Calum-"
"No," he argues, cutting off Ashton, "Rules are rules. We all agreed that you have to have your own instrument or be able to get it. I can't. I'll be fine though." He wipes a few tears away then sets the remains of his bass to the side. It's near the rest of the instrument. I take a deep breath, slowly walk over to it, sink down to my knees, and grab both pieces.
"Molly what are you doing?" Ashton questions, confused. Someone shushes him. I take another deep breath, then hold the two parts together, concentrating on how they used to be. Blue energy flows out of my hands and to the break. I shake as I force the two parts to become one again.
After their connected, I sigh in relief. The blue energy disappears. I slump back, wiped out from all of today's events.
"Molly?" Calum gasps, "What the-" I carefully lay the bass down then lean backwards, my head pounding and blood rushing in my ears. Luke rushes over to my side.
"Molls? Are you okay, Molly?"
"I'm fine," I get out through gritted teeth, breathing heavily, "It's just been a long day between Tremor and earthquakes and the bass. I just need to rest for a minute."
"You're Psyche," Michael connects, a smile growing on his face. I nod, leaning against Luke's body.
"Wait a second. At the diner way back with that creepy guy- that was you that made the gun float?" Calum demands, his eyes wide. I nod again. "And when you healed Ashton after he was shot? And when you ran into the three of us, and Michael told you you were his hero. And when Luke was attacked in the alley? And when the restaurant got attacked?" I nod more.
"And we thought- holy fuck," Ashton mumbles, dazed expression on his face.
"Wait a second. You can fly?" Michael yells, falling on the floor beside me. His eyes are bright.
"It's telekinesis. I was making myself float," I explain, "I didn't even know if that would work honestly. I had never tried it until earlier. It would've been hella awkward if it didn't," I laugh. Luke grins.
"No wonder Luke flipped his shit when that rubble crushed you," Ashton cuts in, "I mean, we were all upset. The whole city was. But Luke really fucking lost it, and we had no idea why."
"I'm sorry," I say quietly, looking at the ground, "It wasn't fair of me to not tell you guys about this. I mean, I've been putting your lives in danger because Tremor knew who I was. I should've warned you all."
"It's your secret, kid. You didn't have to tell us shit," Calum assures me, making me smile.
"You're a fucking badass by the way, Molly," Ashton comments, making me grin wider, "Holding all of the buildings together, making yourself float, and protecting everyone at the same time was so fucking badass."
"How do you have powers, Molly?" Michael inquires his eyes bright.
"I spilled chemicals all over myself in a science classroom back in Australia," I mumble, leaning against Luke's chest. My eyes slide closed.
"Get some rest, Molls," Luke instructs, holding me close, "We can finish the Q&A later." I nod and pass out.
