Asteria's Pov

I dun know who dease people are, maybe they friends with daddy? Daddy digit tastes good. I like Daddy's finger. Daddy and I cuddle together until weird creature makes daddy walk down long thing, Then I lifted to the floor. No, daddy, no! Asteria does not want to walk! Asteria made noises to get daddy to be high like daddy, but daddy not listen. Fine! Then Asteria sit here! I sitted down on the floor, but daddy kept walking. Asteria is not moving! Daddy waits for Asteria! Asteria run after daddy and hold his digit. Now Asteria, not loose daddy. Weird creature talking but Asteria not understand what talking about. Asteria see daddy is annoyed.

Starscreams pov

This Autobot base was small and insufficient. My wings touched the roof almost. If I weren't careful with those dumb pipes, my wings would get caught—the most insignificant human of them all. Raff, I believe was the human's name, (an odd name indeed) Was showing me around the dusty old place. On the Nemesis, we had drones to clean, so everything was spotless. I wondered if all this dust and dirt was dangerous for Asteria? She didn't need to breathe, but still, the earth could clog up her gears. I looked down at her, my spark fluttering with glee as she grinned once I paid attention to her. We could all learn a thing or two about Sparklings, they lived in the moment and didn't worry about anything else. Wouldn't it be nice to do just that? Relaxing and enjoying the here and now. Asteria let out a pleading whine reaching up for me to pick her up. I only shook my head. I wasn't cruel, and Asteria needed to develop independence. I can't be around her 24/7, so she needs to get used to being on her own sometimes.

Letting out a pout, Suddenly Asteria let go of my digit and ran back towards the yellow scout Bumblebee. I didn't want anyone else to touch my little girl. She belonged to me! But, I did as I said, she needs to develop independence away from Me. Besides, she needed to be taken care of while the medic fixed my wounds. The young scout looked at me, asking for permission. I rolled my optics and gave a small nod. I couldn't help but feel a little jealous as Asteria squealed in delight, I hoped she didn't think I was terrible for not picking her up. At least Bumblebee had something to watch other than me.

Raf:" and this room down here is free if you want this one.

Finally, after looking at where everything was stored, the young human showed us a spare room. It was dirty with a broken light, dusty and cold, but it was better than being outside. At least now we had a roof over our helms. Once it's cleaned up, it will do nicely.

Starscream:" I suppose this will have to do for now..."

I honestly was not pleased with the lack of cleanliness, but at least I was given my private room. An odd beeping sound filled the hallway before the young scout approached me. What did he want now?

Bumblebee:" BEEEPEPP BEEP BOP BEEP!"

Starscream:" oh, right, of course, My surgery is ready to begin.

Despite already having the agreement that I was now part of the team, while I was unconscious, there was nothing really to stop the Autobots from offlining me while I was in stasis. It made my spark skip a beat, do you think they would do that to me? Surely not. Turning on my peds, I let the young scout lead me to where the rest of my teammates were. They appeared to be just standing around talking, is this what they did all day? Lord Megatron would never allow us to do this. They hushed when I entered the room, how typical. Haters are like Earth crickets because They chirp all day but shut up once you walk by. Rolling my optics, I head over to the medical table and lay down on it. It wasn't as comfortable as the one Knockout had, but it was reasonable. The Autobots has fewer troops and were far more insufficient then I would like. If I were in charge, things would be very different. No way I could beat Optimus. What was I even thinking? I already knew that there was no reason for me To try. Groaning softly, the medic came over, and he looked as pleased about this as I was.

Starscream:" you aren't going to offline me while I am in stasis, are you?"

Ratchet:" mmmm... It is very tempting."

Before I could even respond, I felt my body give in, going into an unconscious state.

Asteria pov

Daddy does not pick me up, but yellow bot did. Asteria happy because I get high in the air like daddy. The creature takes us to the dark box before taking us back to where Mummy was. Now daddy sleeping on big thingie. What is other bot doing to daddy? I whine and reach out to daddy. Asteria want to see! Asteria happy when yellow bot put Asteria with daddy. Asteria watch as medic touch daddy. Daddy does not wake up. Oh no! Daddy not okay! Quick! Asteria save daddy! Asteria take the tool and bite. Asteria break thingie!

Ratchet:" Asteria! I needed that!

Yay! Asteria good girl! Asteria good girl breaking thingie! Daddy said so!
