Next morning
I woke up and I was still in the hospital, I guess it wasn't a dream.
Melo was asleep on the chair next to me, I just looked at him thinking about everything we've been through.
Me and this man Have been friends since Pre-k, we grew together and eventually loved even with each other. We've fought and argued, we may have said things we didn't mean just in the moment but in the end we come back to one another.
We're meant to be.
The doctors walks in "hi ms.johnson, how are you feeling?" I gave a small smile "I'm feeling well, my stomach is hurting that's all" "well I'm happy to hear that, its great because you are clean of disease and any injuries, I can subscribe to medication for your stomach if you'd like?" "Yes please, thank you" she nodded and walked out.
Melo started to wake up
"Morning sleepy" he chuckled "good morning mamas, you doing okay?" I nodded
"yeah, thank you for being here" he kissed my forehead "Like is Said last night, I'll always be here for you" the doctor walked back in "here is your prescription, I recommend you take one spoonful each time you feel the pain" "okay thank you" I smiled and she nodded leaving "ready to go?" Melo asked. I nodded and we left.
