(Sorry it's late and sorry this is shit. But it will get better. I promise.)

After four days of being pricked and prodded, I was finally released from the hospital. I was dramatically rolled out to the car in a wheelchair for multiple photographers to get their "money shot." The nurse said it was mandatory for all patience to go out in a wheelchair but I didn't believe one word of it.

"Couldn't she have taken me out the back?" I mumbled once the door of the SUV was closed.

"That wouldn't be very show-biz of you." Liz laughed.

"Fuck show business right now. Let's just get back to the hotel so I can rest before the show tomorrow."

"Oh, no my dear. You are not performing for at least a few more days."

"I kind of have to."

"Alex is more than capable of covering your solos. Plus, you need to rest and we also need to prep for some interviews."

"I'm so sick and tired of all these damn interviews! It seems like I do them every damn week. I'm sick of addressing rumors or giving statements about things that should be private." I grumbled.

"You're famous now. Nothing about your life is private."

Oh, how true that is.

"What do I even have to say?"

"Well, everybody and their mother knows that you were rushed to the hospital. Also, now they know that you miscarried your child because of a statement released by the hospital." She paused for a moment. "Sorry about the loss by the way."

"It's alright. Let's just not talk about that right now." I said, knowing that she really didn't care. The last thing on her mind was my emotions. She was more concerned about the money in her wallet than her clients.

"Okay, right. Let's stay focused. Basically, you're going to go in there, tell them that you had a slight altercation with your father and that you unfortunately lost your child."

"I don't know. I just feel it's nobody's business but mine and my friends. The whole world doesn't need to know Liz. I'm sorry, I'm not doing it."

"If you insist. I'll just send out a statement or something myself." She said.

"No, Liz. I want to never speak of this situation ever again. And I especially don't want to address it to the public either. That's final."

She didn't speak the entire car ride after that. I'm sure she had never been spoken to like that by one of her clients before but, there is a first time for everything.

"Well, if you will excuse me, I'm going to get some rest." I said, excusing myself from the awkward silence and entering the hotel from the back.

I reached in my back pocket and pulled out my cell. I dialed a number I now knew by heart and couldn't wait to hear their voice.

"Hey baby."

"Hi, Zayn. " A smile spread across my face so wide it almost hurt.

"Are you back?"

"Yeah, security is currently ushering me through the back entrance of the hotel. The front was too dangerous."

"Alright love. You know what room I'm in. I'll see you soon. Love you."

"Love you too."

I ignored the questioning glances from the security guards as they escorted me to Zayn and my floor. They obviously knew I was with Niall but, they wouldn't dare say I word. Well, I hoped.

"Thank you boys. I think I'll be safe from here on out. Thank you." I dismissed them, not able to walk at their pace anymore. They nodded then turned and walked the opposite way. Once they were around the corner, I bolted down the hallway to Zayn's room.

His door swung open before I could even reach it. I jumped, landing in his arms with a big 'thump.'

"My god Megan. You can't be freaking running down hallways literally a half hour after you got discharged from a damn hospital." I heard Zayn grumble.

"I'm sorry, babe. I just couldn't stand to be away from you any longer." I said, looking up at his beautiful face which now how a smile on it.

"Well, welcome back baby. I'm glad you're feeling better. Now come here and kiss me."

I pushed myself up on my toes and planted my lips onto his. He grab my waist and pulled me through the door, breaking the kiss only to shut the door with his foot.

We continued to kiss for what seemed like an eternity. But I would never get tired of feeling his lips on mine. Plus, times like these were so rare to have when it came to our relationship so, you learn to take what you get.

"Okay, why don't we sit watch a movie before I get too excited." He pulled away suddenly.

"But why?" I said, slightly pouting.

"Because if we continue with that, I'm going to have to take you to bed. But unfortunately you're in no shape to do that. So, let's just be a boring normal couple and watch a movie on the couch."

"Okay. Let's try and be normal for once." I laughed, walking over to take a seat on the couch.

"Let's see what the hotel has stocked up for us here."

"They have DVD's here?"

"Yeah. Not a very good selection I admit. Looks like you're going to have to choose between Peter Pan and Cinderella."

"Hmm... Let's go with Peter."

"Good choice." He said, smiling fondly.

Zayn placed the DVD in the player then came over to sit next to me on the couch. He placed his arm over my shoulder, softly bringing my body in to lay against his side. I smiled to myself and then rested my head on his shoulder.

I finally felt at peace.

Although something so tragic had happened only days ago and my world was still so dark, an angel had come down to take my hand to make sure I didn't fall. That angel was Zayn. Even if we did have a few more things to work out and time to heal, everything was going to be okay.

Wasn't it?

"Well don't you two look cozy." A voice said from the doorway of the room. I looked up to see who it was and had to stop myself from throwing myself off of the couch because, the person standing in front of us was none other than Perrie Edwards herself.

(Sorry it's shit but I really really needed a filler chapter. Can't have all the big things happen all at once. Plus, this is one of my awkward writers block chapters lol. Vote and comment :) love ya!) -Jenny
