"You're way prettier." He smirks
"Thankyou!" I reply bluntly.
*beep.* my phone vibrates in my pocket.
I smile at my phone as I reply back to the message.
I look at Jinyoung who is so immersed into the atmosphere around us.
"Are you hungry?" I ask.
"Your treat." He says as he turns around and starts walking.
"Choose something cheap then!" I shout as I run behind him to catch up with his pace.
.
.
"This place is nice." I say as I point to a shop nearby.
"It's cheap." He says as he walks past it with his hands in his pockets.
"Isn't that the point?"
"For you? Yes. But not for me." He answers sarcastically.
I sulk behind him and glance at the sky.
"It might rain." I say as I stand and stare at the dark sky.
He stops and stares at the sky as well.
"Perfect." He says softly.
"I know right!" I speak.
.
.
"Should we wait here until it stops raining?" I ask as we finished eating and sit back on our seats looking out through the racing rain drops stuffed window.
"Should we run?" He says as he looks me dead in the eye.
"You can't run." I say as I turn away because it might turn into a staring contest.
"Why not? I'm perfectly fine." He says as he sulks.
"Wait." I say as an idea pops up to my brain.
.
.
"Thankyou." I say as I pay for the umbrella and run out of the shop nearby the restaurant.
"What're you doing out in the cold?" I say clearly worried as I see Jinyoung standing out the restaurant with a few drops hitting his face.
"Waiting for you." He says as he grabs the umbrella from my hand and starts walking.
"Why did you only get one?" He asks. I could swear I felt him smirk evilly.

"I didn't have enough money with me for two since you spent ore than half my allowance in that restaurant." I say unbothered as I walk behind him soaked in the rain since I didn't want him to fall ill while he's being discharged tomorrow.

He then suddenly stopped, causing me to bump into him.
"Sorry." I apologize as I rub my forehead.
"There's something about you." He says looking down at me.
"Sorry?" I look up at him to read his expression. Nothing. I couldn't read anything from his face. It was blank, as usual.
"You're sometimes nice. But sometimes sarcastic." He answers.
"Oh." I say unamused. "I know. It depends upon the situation." I continue.
"It makes you attractive." He says again as he avoids my eye and looks forward.
I narrow my eyes towards his direction trying to comprehend the scenario but the rain drops wouldn't even let me open my eyes. My lens hurt. I probably look stupid right now but I couldn't care less.
It took me a while to reply as I was struggling wiping off the water that blinded me.
"Isn't that a good thing? My personality being my charm?" I say looking down wiping my eyes.
He looks down at me again as he probably felt me struggling with something.
"I think I'm attracted to you." He says as he moves the umbrella to cover the two of us. "No. I think I really, really like you."
