Za'kaedth turned to Lyra who seemed to be looking at him as well, "Say your name, Ooman" He responded. "Lyra" Lyra responded calmly. He didn't respond any further and continue to walk into the forest as Lyra is following him from behind. As they were walking for a while, Lyra suddenly hold Za'kaedth shoulder preventing him to step any further. He turned to face her and growl coldly at her.

"What is it?!" He hissed coldly, Lyra didn't say anything but pointed to the ground. There's a tripwire in front of Za'kaedth and if Lyra hadn't stopped him, he would have triggered a trap. She also pointed to the air where there are a lot of wooden spikes being hanged in the air with vines. Za'kaedth let out a low growl, "Thank you..".

Lyra was a bit shocked that he thanked her, she smiled sweetly at the Enforcer Yautja, making him blush behind his mask. Unfortunately, Za'kaedth can't get distracted by this, he needs to accomplish his mission and not let have a close relationship with Lyra. He didn't respond to her so he just continue to walk forward and making sure he's not stepping on any trap.

Lyra mostly did the not stepping on any trap and she had to stop Za'kaedth from stepping into one. Za'kaedth starting to feel embarrassed that he's been helped by a female 'human', and the fact that he couldn't understand how she knows where the traps are while he can't. As if the situation couldn't get worse, they heard the sound of something running in the bushes and grass, Za'kaedth and Lyra took out their weapons and get ready to fight.

Something started to run towards Lyra and Za'kaedth, it look like a dog-like creature, it had huge bone-like spikes on it's back and the front of it's face. It had sharped teeth, they had a blue-green like color as their skin. It's body was skinny to the point, you could see almost it's bones showing. It even had sharp claws and it's tail is slightly long. They appear to be look like therapsids (primitive, reptilian-looking ancestors of mammals)

The creature continue to run towards Za'kaedth and Lyra, Za'kaedth threw his metal spear at the creature, killing it instantly. It wasn't long that more of the dog-like creature to start appearing and running towards them. Lyra and Za'kaedth continue to kill off these creatures, it was a bit difficult because they weren't easy to be killed even with the amount of wounds they had.

As Lyra and Za'kaedth keep killing the creatures and dodging them to prevent to get hurt from their huge and pointy bone-like spikes. The creatures were fast as well, making Za'kaedth and Lyra to have to run and stop at the right moment to kill them, by cutting off their heads or possibly hit their vital organs. While their struggling to survive, they heard the sound of a whistle being made, the creatures stopped attacking Lyra and Za'kaedth and ran off somewhere.

The two sighed in relief but once they looked around to make sure no other creatures are near, they noticed that... they got separated. It must have happened during the fight, and they ended up getting lost in the forest.

Lyra's POV

Well this is just 'wonderful', i almost got hurt by some creatures, which i guess are called Hell-hounds from what i learned. I should have known that the bad bloods would have them, i sighed in annoyance. Thanks to the sudden attack, i got separated with Za'kaedth, i don't even know where i am or where Za'kaedth could possibly at.

I decide to explore the forest and try to find Za'kaedth. I hope he's alright.

Za'kaedth POV

I tried to use my Gkinmara(sensor) to find Lyra but she wasn't near where i am, those ic'jit(Bad bloods) must have send the Hell-hounds to test us and possibly make us separated from each other. I punched a random tree, knowing that i had just lost a Ooman girl out of my sight.
