Ever since Lyra almost got killed by the purple smoke, the tracker Yautja has been staying by her side until she wakes up knowing her comrades will try to kill her while she's still asleep. The Yautja couldn't understand why he wants to keep Lyra save, he's a bad blood along with his comrades. They had no remorse to their preys and they obviously could care less to follow the Yautja's rule of hunting.
His kind wouldn't spare any human females who's armed unless they're pregnant or ill, and Lyra was armed since she always carries her knife everywhere she goes and she couldn't be pregnant because the sensors in their mask would have detected it once they met and obviously she isn't sick until now.
Tho, he couldn't understand how she manage to figure out to change the plasmacaster into it's pistol version. The only other possibility there is, is that she met a Yautja before and figured out how to change it, that couldn't be the case considering it means that she had known the Yautja so she could understand the mechanic.
He growl in frustration that he couldn't the any answers to his questions because the person that has it, is still asleep.
"I see that you're frustrated, Sir Thegiodh" Heard a strange voice that had many child like voices in each sentence. The tracker Yautja, or Thegiodh, turned his gaze to Lyra's sleeping body. He saw something unbelievable, a doll with black and red colored for it's entire body, white buttons for it's eyes and a creepy smile, he's Lyra's partner, Andy. Thegiodh aimed his plasmacaster at him, Andy raised his arms in defense.
"Calm down, Sir Thegiodh, i'm no harm to you nor my mistress" Andy pleaded, Thegiodh growled at him, "How do you know my name?" Thegiodh hissed coldly at him. Andy didn't show any emotions and still smiling, "I can read anyone minds, so it wasn't difficult for me to read yours" He responded.
Thegiodh growled dangerously at him knowing about it, "Calm down, i didn't read any of your personal minds, such as your secrets and such, i only read your mind to know your name" Andy pleaded in defense. Thegiodh thought for a moment and lowered his plasma caster, at this point, he just wanted some answers so he could understand what is going on.
He turned to Andy thinking maybe that he could have the answers that he needed, Thegiodh let out a low click, "Do you know why that Ooman is here?" Thegiodh was expecting that Andy couldn't answer it but to his surprise Andy actually knows the reason. "Yes, she was supposed to go to Yautja prime but ended up in this game preserve planet" Andy responded without hesitation.
Thegiodh was shocked to hear that, why would Lyra go there knowing that it's where the Yautjas live. "Why would she go there?" He asked, Andy's stitched smile turn into a frown knowing that he had feelings for Lyra but he can't hide because he knows his mistress already has a mate. "She wanted to visit her mate"
The whole world at that moment froze around Thegiodh, there was silence for a little bit. Thegiodh shook his head to erase any thoughts in his head, "She has a mate? A Yautja?" He asked curiously. Andy nodded in respond.
Thegiodh doesn't know why but he felt his heart just got pierced by a knife and shattering into pieces, he couldn't possibly had feelings for Lyra, they never made any interaction and the only time they did interact, it was when she tried to save Za'kaedth.
He sighed and just ignored this odd feeling, "How did she arrive here? I didn't detect any ship landing here or did she got thrown here like the other Oomans?". His question made Andy sweat dropped, he couldn't tell Thegiodhthe truth because he might try to harm his mistress knowing that she's a demon.
Andy looked at his mistress and then Thegiodh, he thought about it for a while until he finally decides to tell him the truth, even though he doesn't fully trust this bad blood, he's the only one who could help his mistress. Andy sighed in defeat, "I will tell you, but in return, you must do something for me". Thegiodh thought about it, and decided to agree with it if it means getting the answers he wanted. Andy nodded at his agreement.
"We arrived here on our own, using a portal, that our friend, Darkness the grim reaper created for us. But because of the lack of sleep Darkness is having, she accidentally send us to the game preserve planet. We couldn't return back and when we find you and sir Za'kaedth, we had no choice but to ask sir Za'kaedth to help us arrive to Yautja prime if we help him finish his mission"
"Does that Enforcer Yautja knows about it?" Thegiodh asked curiously.
"He only knows that we wanted to go to his home planet, my mistress didn't tell him the reason why, and he will help us go to his planet if my mistress help him" Andy explained.
Thegiodh thought about it for a bit and the question that he's going to ask will surely had most of the answers, "Why didn't she kill the Hell-hound after she found out that it's injured?"
There was silent in the cave until Andy broke the silence with the answer Thegiodh needed, "My mistress doesn't like to kill the innocent or the wounded, she prefer to show mercy to them than rather doing any violence to them, she didn't try to kill you nor your comrade when you met her, she was trying to save sir Za'kaedth and herself without needing to harm any of you"
Thegiodh sat there shocked, he never thought that Lyra had no intention of harming him or anyone. "Do you know why that smoke harm her?"
Andy sighed, "Yes, the reason why the smoke didn't harm anyone was because that smoke can only demons, the smoke can be really lethal towards any demons to the point of death if they don't get out of the smoke in time. My mistress would have died if you hadn't take her out of the smoke". Thegiodh looked at Andy in shocked, he never thought that Lyra could be a demon, but that did explain the strange behavior during the night.
He would think it was strange that Lyra didn't trip at all when she was walking the night, even with Hunter by her side, he couldn't help her guide through the darkness.
"Now is not the time for us to sit here and do nothing, i need your help" Andy inform him, Thegiodh looked at Andy with unsure thoughts to why would Andy need help from him. "The medicine you gave her didn't fully healed her, it merely just erasing the smoke inside her system, Unfortunately, that smoke put her body in an unconscious state and she won't wake up until she's fully healed but she can speak for a little bit. On top of that, it made the darkness in her body slowly growing, if we don't get the antidote in time, the darkness will consume her and take control"
Thegiodh couldn't believe what Andy was saying, not only was that smoke nearly killed her, it also put her in a dangerous state if she doesn't get her medicine in time. Andy looked at him with a serious look on his face, waiting for Thegiodh answer.
"Alright, i will help you, what is it that you need?" Thegiodh asked, Andy's frown turned back into his smile. "Simple, i just need a drop of a human's blood to finish the antidote".
At that moment, the cave was filled with complete silence, Thegiodh couldn't even comprehend to what Andy just said, knowing that getting a human's blood would be impossible. "I know what you're thinking, it is impossible to get a human blood knowing there hasn't been any humans been send here for quite a while, but there is one human that is alive"
"And where could that Ooman be?" Thegiodh asked eagerly knowing Lyra's state is on the line, "He's inside the ruins of your ship" Andy reply, Thegiodh looked at him with a shocked face underneath his mask. He didn't say anything and just nodded, Andy smiled at this.
Thegiodh stands up, he looked at Lyra's sleeping form for a bit as Andy climbed on his shoulder, before leaving the cave. Hunter stayed by Lyra's side and protecting her until those two return with the antidote.
Little did they know, Lyra heard the entire conversation as she's still asleep. She hopes they will return soon before the darkness consumes her completely.
