I watch the spider crawl across the bunker floor towards me. I can keep my composure no longer and jump up quickly as I possibly can from the table. I start to breathe heavily and I can feel a panic attack coming. It does, and Sam and Dean are out hunting so they won't be here for a couple more hours. Meanwhile, I'm stuck in here with a spider, that has now disappeared. I am freaking out, so I dive for my phone and call Sam. With shaky breaths, i say, "Please come back. Spider. Panic" that's all I can get out before I pass out on the floor. Sam and Dean need to get here fast.
When I come to, I'm in Sam's bed and he's sitting in a chair, watching me while Dean stands in the doorway. Sam helps me sit up and asks what happened. I'm embarrassed, but I tell them the truth. "I saw a spider crawling across the floor, and had a panic attack. Then, i no longer saw it and freaked out even more. I called you, but was too stressed to hold an intellectual conversation with you, and that's when I must've passed out." Sam looks at me with extreme concern, "Do you have panic attacks often?" I think for a second, then nod. Sam hugs me and asks, "What brings them?" I sigh, and put my hair behind my ear, "My phobias." Sam says, "Me and Dean can help you. Well be there for you when you need it." I sniffle, touched by Sam's sentiment, "Thank you."
