When Monday came, Coach Sylvester had an announcement for the Cheerios.

"Alright, I have decided- our uniform is not perfect. We all have to have one style, minus the skirts-pants issue. So, all the guys will from now on have short sleeves."

Kurt nervously rubbed his arms. "Um, is this necessary?"

"Yes, we have to be one solid unit." Sue answered. "Any other questions?"

"I have a question." The brunette that disliked Kurt from the beginning turned to him. "What do you have against short sleeves?"

"I don't have anything against them, I quite like them. I just don't like to wear them." Kurt answered quickly.

"Well, all the Cheerios uniforms are going to be short sleeves, so tough it out." Coach Sue said.

Kurt picked up his bag. "I'll return the uniform tomorrow morning." He left the auditorium, leaving everyone in shock.

"Did Lady Hummel just quit the Cheerios? So he didn't have to wear short sleeves?" Santana asked in disbelief.

"Looks like it." Quinn responded, looking where Kurt had left as if he would reappear.

The brunette scoffed. "Yeah, he totally has something against short sleeves."

The next day, as he said, Kurt went into Coach Sue's office to return his uniform.

"You know, Porcelain, I was wondering why, for the life of me, you would quit the Cheerios because of a costume change." She said. "And then I realized, it wasn't just a costume change."

Kurt rubbed his arms nervously. "Um, what do you mean?"

"You're proving my point. You rub your arms whenever you're nervous. I suppose you would bluntly refuse if I asked you to roll up your sleeves?"

Kurt immediately put his hands down, not having realized his habit. She was dangerously close to the truth for comfort.

"I'll have to report my concerns to your parents, if you don't wish to tell them on your own. However, I will probably be telling them anyway, because you could lie and I wouldn't know. That's all."

"No! You can't worry my dad, he has heart problems, he would worry too much." Kurt exclaimed.

"I'm sorry, but I have to."

Kurt thought for a moment. "Could you tell him tomorrow or after tomorrow? I want to have time to tell him on my own. About the email. You're wrong, by the way."

Coach Sue raised an eyebrow. "I can do that. If I'm wrong, then do you care to show me an arm?"

He lifted up his arm, which had a sleeve on it.

"A sleeveless arm?"

He shook his head.
