**Zach's POV**

I was lost. Every time I tried to leave, I walked in circles. My phone had died four hours ago, and I was wishing that it worked. My clothes were ripped and barely hanging on. I had gone hunting after work and I ended up where I was now. Zea was probably worried sick about me. I missed her a lot. I tried turning on my phone. It stayed on for ten minutes, which gave me enough time to send a text to her phone. I hooped with everything I had, that she recieved the message.

I sat down on a rock and waited. Several hours passed before they found me. I wanted to stand up and give Zea a hug, but my body was too weak to support itself. Alex and Marcus picked me up and carried me home. Zea was crying the entire ride home. I squeezed her hand gently, trying to console her. She sat down on the chair near the couch while Alex hurriedly brought me some food.

I ate greedily while they took care of my wounds. I felt bad for worrying her. She had enough to worry about at the moment. They finished cleaning me up and left. Zea sat there and stared at me. "How are you feeling?" I sighed and looked her in the eyes. "I'm feeling better. I'm sorry to have worried you. I love you." She smiled and kissed my forehead. "I love you too. Don't worry about it. I'm glad that you are safe." She hugged me and made some more food. I was happy to be home.

**Mackenzea's POV**

I had never felt so relieved to see someone alive before. The feelings that were flowing through my body were unexplainable. I just missed him so much that my heart felt like it was going to explode. Seeing him smile and devour all food that I brought to him, made my heart heavy and content. I ate some food along with him, feeling the baby kick every once in a while. I knew that the time was almost near for the baby to be born.

I rubbed my stomach absentmindedly, staring at the countertop. Zach was happy to be home again and was smiling at me from the couch. I waddled over and took care of his plate, which he rewarded me with a kiss on the cheek. I smiled at him and quickly did the dishes. As I was rinsing them, pains began to radiate throughout my stomach. It seemed too early for the baby yet. I groaned loudly, and Zach launched himself from the couch to come help me.

"Sweetie, are you okay?" I nodded and had him grab the bag full of clothes that I had packed last week, just in case. He grabbed everything we needed and he helped me get into the car. He drove me to the hospital right away. They admitted me to a room, and Zach was stuck filling paper work. I moaned in pain just as the doctor came in. She checked how far along I was and smiled at me. "Your first child?" I nodded. "Well, don't worry. We are going to take good care of you."

The doctor left and a few nurses came in to prep it for the babys birth. Zach came in, finally finished with all the paperwork. He stood by my head and took my hand. I squeezed his hand so hard, I was surprised to see him still smiling. He squeezed my hand back and the doctor walked back in.  The baby was almost here. I pushed and pushed as hard as I could. Suddenly, I heard a piercing scream echoing off of the hospital walls.

My baby was born. Her name was Annabeth. She was seven pounds and nineteen inches. I smiled at Zach as I held our newborn baby. It was the most amazing feeling that I could ever experience. He kissed my forehead and smiled down at her. Of course, the hospital had no idea that we weren't human. We stayed there overnight, just for observation. We left the next morning, Annabeth sitting in her carrier. We had the most beautiful child that anyone would ever know. She was going to be a heartbreaker. When we got home; Alex, Marcus, Dora, and everyone else was waiting for us. They hugged us tightly and said hi to the newest addition to the family.

Marcus was no longer an issue. He smiled and held Anna. I had nothing to worry about except teaching my child everything that I knew. I had a lot to look forward to.
