《Chapter 13》

~ Sooyun's P.O.V ~

I reached my house and grandma was really into this drama in the TV. That's when I thought of my little ambition when I was a kid where I wanted to be an actress.

"Halmonie~ah. What's wrong with that long face?", I questioned worriedly looking at the upset grandma. "Sooyun~ah. Annyeong~ Sorry for not leaving any note behind this morning", she fiddled with her fingers being nauseous.

"Gwaenchana halmonie. I know you won't leave the house with no good reason. Anyways. I'm super tired let me take a shower first", I simply said and headed to my room walking like a worn out kid who just played running around the house.

"I'll make us dinner", she smiled and got up from the sofa, walking towards the kitchen excitedly to definitely cook some new delicious recipes.

As usual, I took a warm shower and wore a comfy outfit which is completely my type. I started tying my hair up into a messy bun as I opened the window and was amazed by the Seoul's city.

The wind howling, the trees swaying made my heart soft. That's when few black limos approached our house and parked them infront of my house.

I scrunched my eyebrows and quickly made my bed; since I woke up late this morning and headed downstairs to find a guy sitting in the couch infront of my grandmother. There were few bodyguards here and there.

"Halmonie~ah. What's going on?", I approached her as the sound of my heartbeat clearly can be heard throughout the whole time I was walking towards them.

"Ah! Sooyun~ah", grandma started but was cut off by that good looking rich middle-aged man. "Annyeong Sooyun~ I'm Park Ban Ryu have a sit", he grinned. I scrunched my eyebrows, having a sit beside my grandmother with a confused look.

"So? Have you thought about it?", the man questioned my grandmother with a heartwarming smile. "Look Ban Ryu. We've come all the way from our hometown to Seoul just to start our new life. I'm sorry but I won't agree", she confirmed and stood up aggressively.

"Wait halmonie. What's going on?", I questioned looking at her not having a single idea what in the world was going on.

"Sooyun. If your grandmother haven't talked about it to you, I'll explain. I'm Park Ban Ryu who worked for your father. The thing is, we've decided to donate 5 million won from your dad's company for the helpless families who are suffering from poverty. To make it officially happen, we've invited your grandmother and you to attend this official event", he explained. 

"Halmonie. This is for a good cause", I pleaded; looking at my grandmother trying to get her to agree to this. "Please do not involve in this you don't understand"

"Ani Halmonie. I will not let this happen cause I had my childhood friends who were in need for money and even worse for basic necessities", I replied worriedly denying her not agreeing for this good cause.

"Ban Ryu~shii. We would love to attend that event", I smiled accepting his amazing offer. "Wae~ Kamsahamnida Sooyun~ssi. We've really been convincing your grandmother for these past couple days. I'm glad that you understood this", he said standing up and leaving our house, thanking us.

I closed the main door and made my way to my room. "Sooyun! Why did you do that?", she darted angrily towards me and I flinched a little as she has never did that to me, before.

"Mianhae halmonie. I don't know if you understand the suffer of being poor but I do. I'm glad that abeoji's workers are willing to help at least. Especially when abeoji is not with us", I bitterly ended looking down at my palm which broke into cold sweats all of a sudden.

"Look here Sooyun. I've only wanted what's the best for you. Ever since you were small, you had the will to take decisions on your own and I hope this turns out good too", she calmed down as she caressed the top of my hand.

"Do not worry ma. By the way, is this why you've been leaving the house for these past days?", I raised at my eyebrows acting angrily and pinched her cheeks softly.

I ate the delicious dinner my grandmother made and headed upstairs to finish the ton of homework. Since it was 11 at night, I felt drowsy and I laid on my bed covering the blanket over my body.

The wind started howling making the curtain sway by the powerful wind as the cold breeze hit my sensitive face. I closed my eyes; smiling and thinking about what happened earlier today. Suddenly, I heard a loud thump to jerk up from my sleep.

"JUNGKOOK?"

"Annyeong Sooyun~" "Wait. How did you get in here?", he scoffed

"You never have the habit to close the windows before you sleep huh?", he raised an eyebrow. "What do you want rig-", before I could even complete my sentence, he crashed his lips onto mine.

I quickly shot up and opened my eyes wide. Huh? It's all a dream!

Phew. I chugged down some water and cold sweats started to form at my temple. I closed the open window and went back to bed.

"Wae~ Jja jeungna (You're very annoying)", I thought having Jungkook in my mind.

"You are such a dream boy", I blushed.
