Close Part 27

Kenny and Levi got to the hotel at Rennes. Kenny closed the curtains and began to tell Levi what to avoid doing and what to do if  he were to go out for some reason.

"These things should be obvious but I'll tell you anyways. Don't give anyone your real name. Don't show you face. Don't leave if you can and if you do, tell me where you're going. Have a some sort of weapon with you at all times. Do not talk to anyone if it isn't necessary. If you see any of those bastards close by, get away. They're always in groups or close to each other. It's better if you avoid them. If something unexpected happens, handle it as best as you can." With that Kenny put on a rather large hat and left him alone.

Levi let out a sigh and through himself onto the bed. He was still feeling uneasy for some reason. But why? Everything was going smoothly and it seemed like those bastards haven't noticed them. So then, what could it be?

"Wait... Maybe it's... No. That's crazy. But then again he is also pretty crazy. Dammit, even being this far from him, I'm still scared that'll we see each other again. 'If something unexpected happens, handle it as best as I can." Yeah, I'll just have to do that. What the hell am I suppose to do here? We're two against a hundred. Well, I guess three with Mikasa but she isn't here with us. Getting her involve would be pointless anyways. She doesn't know anything of what is happening. Or what's going to happen.

An hour flight. Just like Armin has said. They were already in taxi riding to the hotel.

Eren was more than happy to finally be a step closer to seeing his one true love. Mikasa was relieved that Eren was finally happy, but also worried. After all, she could be putting her friends life in danger just by being there next to them. Or at least that's what she understood when Eren explain what was going on. They're after her. Who? She couldn't answer that. How could she when no one ever told Mikasa that a group of strangers where out trying to kill all the Ackermans. Mikasa had to do something about her appearance fast before they noticed her. 

"Okay, were here." Armin announced. Eren went ahead and grabbed their suitcases while Armin thanked and paid the taxi driver. Once they checked in, the three went up to their room and figured out what to do. 

"So how exactly are we going to find Levi? You said you had a plan didn't you?" Eren questioned Armin, looking over at him.

"Yes. The plan was to go around and ask if anyone has seen him, but after what you told us Eren, I don't think that'll work anymore. Since people want to kill him, Levi won't be giving out his name or showing his face so easily. We'll have to look and see if he's around. I know it isn't such a good plan but given the circumstances Levi is in, he would be extra careful not to stand out or be noticed. Unless Eren can recognize his smell."

Eren laughed. "I'm not an animal. But I wish I could. All of this could go by so much faster and I would finally be able to hold him again." A warm smile appeared on his face just by thinking about being with Levi again.

Mikasa looked away feeling a bit pissed off. Was she really no match for someone who didn't love Eren? After all Eren and Mikasa have gone through. He still doesn't feel anything for her. After all the times Armin helped Mikasa think of ways for Eren to finally notice what she felt. After she confessed her love to Eren. He's aware of what she feels so why does he say those things when she's right there. It almost feels like he's doing it on purpose. Just shoving it in her face and making her realize over and over again that his love belongs to someone else.

They continued to talk  about what they were going to go next and planning everything out so that they could find Levi as fast as they could. Maybe that would make Eren come to his senses in some way...

By the time Kenny came back the sun had already set. Levi was on his staring at the blank tv. He was thinking how they were going to get out of this one. Their attacks were spontaneous and quiet. How could they avoid being killed this time around?

"Hey Levi, the hell you doing staring at the tv?" Kenny said as he set down a bag with food in it.

"Thinking." With that their conversation was over. 

They ate and silence and went to sleep without saying a word. They might be family but that doesn't always mean you get along with them. If people weren't trying to get them all killed Kenny and Levi would have never spoken to each other again. 

WOw it's been quite a while hasn't it? Lol here's a lil somethin after like six months (SORRY). Honestly I can't believe how many people are actually reading this THANK YOUSO MUCH FOR STILL BEING HERE AND READING IT AFTER NOT UPDATING FOR SO LONG(❁'▽'❁)*✲ﾟ* you don't understand how happy it made me feel when I saw that.
