Levi and Eren were alone in their room. Both sitting on the bed, facing the open door on the right side of the room. Levi had said to stay quiet and listen to the steps on the surface floor. Surprisingly enough, Eren had done what he was being told. He slowly sat down and stayed quiet.
Both have been doing just that for about thirty minutes; according to Levi's calculations.
There weren't any footsteps for ten minutes. Farlan had been standing in front of the door for ten minutes. Levi assumed Farlan wanted to hear whatever him and Eren would be talking about or what they would be doing. Perhaps going through the things in each room or finding a way out. Once Farlan got tired of waiting, he walked over to where the living room was.
When they had gone into the cabin, Levi made a mental map as quickly as he could. There was no need to write it down. The cabin was small and the layout was fairly simple.
Twenty minutes after Farlan had moved, he walked outside, closing the door rather loudly on his way out.
Levi stayed put until he was sure that Farlan was gone. There were no windows where him and Eren were being kept so there was no need to worry about being seen. However, the room could still be bugged.
He signaled for Eren to get up. He stood up, pulling Eren close and whispering in his ear, "I need you to yell at me. Pretend that we're having a fight. When I point to the bed, throw me onto it."
Eren hesitated for a moment, then nodded.
Levi took a step back and dragged open the figurative curtain.
Time for the show to begin.
"This place is nice," Levi exclaimed, "I can't believe Farlan would risk his own life to keep mine safe. Going as far as bring us to his hiding spot. Isn't that nice of him, Eren?"
"I don't see what's so nice of him. He wanted to bring you alone. Not with me." Eren crossed his arms. His eyes were glaring at the floor while his teeth bit into his bottom lip.
Is he really acting?
"But you're here, aren't you? He let you come along. Farlan could've easily kidnapped me without you knowing." Maybe Levi had really touched a nerve.
"Still, he isn't nice and he isn't your friend! I bet he wanted to bring you here alone to take advantage of you." Eren's hands were on either side of his body, shaking slightly.
"He is my friend! A friend wouldn't take advantage of the other! And how dare you say that?! Do you think I would allow for something like that to happen? I dodged it many times with you, what makes you think I can't do the same with him?!"
Maybe this was a bad idea. We're both getting angry. What if we have an actual fist-fight?
"Do you not see the way he looks at you? He looks like an animal! Waiting of his prey to let their guard down," Eren pointed at Levi, "and you, the love of my life, are his prey. I'm not letting him get to you."
"Oh now you're my prince in shining armor? Do you think I'm not capable of defending myself? Do you think I'm not strong enough?!" Levi took a step forward and shoved Eren back. "I'm not some damsel that you have to protect nor rescue! If Farlan were to ever try to hurt me, I would be more than capable to fight back!"
Levi pointed at the bed.
Remember, this is fake. We aren't really fighting.
Eren nodded, grabbed, and threw Levi onto the bed with all the strength he would muster.
Levi bounced when he hit the bed and was quickly pinned down when Eren got on top.
"Then show me you can defend yourself."
