Charlotte ||

Charlotte kept staring at herself in the mirror. She really wanted to cut her ugly hair off, but she couldn't bring herself to do it. She was wearing a light pink dress that has white lace at the top. She was wearing the slightest bit of makeup. Charlotte didn't know what to do with her hair. She groaned with frustration. "You should put it up," Cole stood in the door way. Charlotte jumped at his words. She let out a breath once she realized it was him. "I'm not a woman yet Cole," she rolled her eyes at her brother. "So?" Cole asked. "There's nobody stopping you from looking beautiful," Charlotte stared at herself in the mirror and picked up the scissors. "No don't," Cole said grabbing the scissors out of her hand. "I'm going to help you," he said grabbing the hair brush.
Cole curled Charlotte's hair and pinned back the front of it. Since Charlotte had been wanting to cut her hair, her brother cut off a few inches. Charlotte smiled at herself in the mirror and admired the amazing job her brother did. "Thank you Cole your a life saver!" She squealed, and kissed her brother on the cheek.
The wedding was going to be held in the church, and it would be later in the afternoon. Since the whole town was going the place is packed as the family arrive. Cole stepped out, then their mother, and finally Charlotte. Charlotte felt absolutely stunning. When they went to take their seats, Charlotte joined Anne. "You look amazing Charlotte!" Anne exclaimed gasping at her looking. "Thank you," Charlotte grinned, "you do as well Anne," Anne smirked. "I think somebody agrees with me on how beautiful you look," Anne said. Charlotte turned to look and there stood Gilbert Blythe. His soft brown eyes met her ocean eyes. They stared at each other with desire. Charlotte couldn't help but notice how handsome Gilbert looks in a suit. "Go talk to him," Anne nudged Charlotte. Charlotte thought about it for a second before standing up and making her way over to Gilbert.

Gilbert ||

Gilbert stood in the church looking around for his friends. Then his eyes landed on Charlotte. She looked so beautiful. Gilbert was speechless at how gorgeous she was. The pink fit her perfectly, and her hair was shorter which was stunning on her. Gilbert couldn't help but stare. Charlotte then met his eyes, and he couldn't pull away. He was captivated. "Gil!" Charlotte beamed, breaking Gilbert out of his trance. "Charlotte," he sighed, "You look beautiful," Charlotte smiled and hugged Gilbert. "Thank you Gil," she whispered in his ear. Gilbert blushed. He never blushed at a girls words before. "And you look absolutely dashing," the girl smiled. Gilbert blushed even harder, now turning into a tomato.  Charlotte blushed too. The two just kept staring at each other, losing themselves in each other's eyes.
The ceremony was soon over. Gilbert kept glancing at Charlotte. He loves her smile. He loves her new hair cut. He loves the sound of her laugh, and her voice. She loves how fierce she can be. He also loves how fragile she can be, because he's always there to save her. Thinking about it now, Gilbert's in love with Charlotte. They've only been talking for a few months and he's in love with her. It's kind of hard not to be, she's such a sweet and innocent person. Lucky for him, she's also stunning.

Charlotte ||

Charlotte couldn't help but think about Gilbert as she laid in bed that night. Is it possible that she could actually be in love with him. At the wedding she realized something. The reason why she couldn't stop herself from looking at him was because she's in love. She's in love with his eyes. She's in love with Gilbert's curly hair. She's in love with Gilbert's over protectiveness. She's in love with Gilbert's big heart. She's in love with his smile, his laugh, and his voice. She shook her head. Charlotte began smiling. She smiled wider than she ever has. Her heart fluttered out of her chest, and the butterflies danced around in her stomach. Her, Charlotte, was actually in love with Gilbert Blythe.
