Life had always been easy for Thea Schneider, her simple loving nuclear family was the only thing she could possibly ever ask for. The hide and seek games where she would hide underneath the covers of her twin sized sheets was enough for the 10 year old, the days where she would accompany her mother to buy groceries were peaceful and bonding moments she couldn't possibly dream of forgetting. Picking up wood with her father was an adventure and a competition (that she would often lose.) but nonetheless, she was happy. Her friends Armin, Mikasa and Eren were also a part of her heart that made it pump never ending happiness and joy.
On that day, Thea had to go shopping for her mother, for the first time in forever, her mother had finally accepted for Thea to go shopping by herself, since the little girl was positive she could take care of herself. Then, throughout the whole city of Shinganshina, a loud explosion could be heard, one that lead towards the outside of the walls. When smoke arised from right behind it, Thea was curious. Her eyes dilated as they feasted upon a skinless giant. One that seemed to stare into her soul and find every flaw inside of her heart, as if the stare belonged to her.
For the moment the entire world stopped. Her blood ran cold, and her body immovable.
And then it happened. The ginormous Titan kicked a hole inside the only thing they could call protection, and soon the monsters she'd never thought she would have to face came marching through. Killing and destroying everyone and everything.
