A giant turmoil erupted from Thea as she landed on the floor and sprinted towards Eren, wiping her tears as her shaky legs took her to her beloved friend. Thea could hear someone behind her sprinting as well, Mikasa being the only person the blonde could imagine having the same reaction as her. Thea climbed on top of the Titan and caught Eren's body in her arms. In disbelief, she brought her ear next to his nose and could hear a slight release of air.

'He's breathing...'

Tears welled up in Thea's eyes as Mikasa began hugging her from behind her, their grip being deadly. As if they were scared if they let go, Thea and Eren would disappear. The wails from both Thea and Mikasa filled the air.

Thea's heart bloomed with happiness disregarding the horrifying darkness that surrounded her and her loved ones. Thea closed her eyes and savored the moment, knowing that it won't last forever, knowing this she never released her grip on Eren. For the first time in forever, her body and mind relaxed. For the first time in forever there were no expectations upon her. For the first time in forever there were no Titans to kill. For the first time in forever, Thea held Eren.

The rest of her friends soon came in and got Eren out of the Titan and up into high ground. Where Mikasa refused to let go of Eren's frame while Thea wiped off her tears staring at a random nearby building. Allowing the siblings to indulge in their moment.

The blonde didn't understand how he was alive, she swore she saw that Titan chew down Eren. But it didn't matter how he was alive to her, all that mattered was that he was. It seemed that something inside Jeans mind clicked as he turned to face the Titan Eren immersed from. "Does this mean..." He started, having everyone turn to see the corpses of all the Titans that had fallen, "Eren did all this?"

Thea didn't understand how it got to this. Armin, Mikasa, and herself where protecting Eren from the Garrison pointing cannons at them. Specifically Eren.

"You cowardly, ungrateful bastards!" Thea shouted out to them who dared point their weapons at Eren, "You hide behind your walls all day and watch as soldiers die, but point your cannons at the one who defeats a horde of Titans and saves my comrades more than any of you could in your entire life time?" Thea took a deep breath in before continuing to insult the dogs of the branch. "Your entire brigade is worthless! You're the reason Shinganshina fell in the first place!"

There was a silence amongst everyone, until Thea and the rest of the Garrison hear a faint voice.

"I'll kill them all..." Thea snapped her head back towards Eren, knowing full well it was his voice. Her eyes widen in terror and her throat dried. A 'huh?' escaped Thea as she stood there frozen. Mikasa and Armin both called out to Eren, them aswell knowing how inappropriate the timing was.

Armin held to Eren's shoulder, "Eren, are you alright? Can you understand what I'm saying?" Armin questioned his friend, ignoring the weapons pointing at him. "Tell them everything you know. I'm sure they'll understand."

Eren seemed to had snapped out of his trance like state as he looked towards Armin.

"You hear that?" Thea heard a soldier from the crowd mutter, "He said, 'I'll kill them all!'"

"Yes, I heard them!"

Thea clenched her fist as she bit the inside of her cheek, "You're wrong!"

"Oh, am I?" The same soldier from before asked, "Then what did he say?" Having nothing to reply to that statement Thea stood quietly, her eyes narrowing down on the soldier, "That's what I thought."
