Jayden

Classes were over, I need to see the house that my mom picked for me. It's really a drag I keep saying to her that I'll just get a condo but she still protested that I should just get a house. My mom sent the picture and the address through facebook, I saw the images it was great just like our house in Sydney.

On my way to my new house rain drops are started to fall. Great! Just great! I just got it from car wash this morning. When I was half way to my destination, I saw a familiar face sitting at the side walk soaking wet.

"Liana?" I said softly, when I got a clear look.. It really is Liana so I parked the car at the side of the road, took the umbrella that I have in my car and got out. "Liana" I called out softly she turned her head up, I know it's raining hard but I can see her eyes surrounded by tears. She's crying again....

"Hey, you're crying again" I said putting the umbrella between us.

"What do you want?!" she looked at me and shouted

"Woah! what's with the attitude?" I reacted.

"What are you doing here?!" she asks again.

"Well.... I don't know either" I said what I felt I answering.

"Then leave me alone!" she shouted again.

"I would.... but this weather is stopping me from granting your command" I said with my authoritative voice.

"Why do you care?!" she kept on shouting, but based from her actions, I know she is hurt. Not physically but from the inside.

"Honestly I don't wanna see girls cry.... Now come let's get you off the rain, I'll drive you home" I commanded.

"No! I just wanted to be alone! I just wanted to die! Right here right now!" she shouted

"Okay I'll give you two choices, it's either you'll go inside the car at your own free will or I'll drag you inside it? your choice" I gave her a choice she wouldn't refuse.

"What?"

"You heard me Liana and I don't want to repeat myself" with a serious voice

After hearing what I said she just went in to my car without a fight. I don't know why I did that but one thing is for sure she's not okay.

Liana

My legs moved on their own, just so I knew it I'm already inside Jayden's car. I just can't forget what Steven told me "My mind says that I love you but my heart keeps saying that I Love Elissa more" it keeps on going and going like a busted radio and it hurts it really really hurts. I just wanted to be alone at my misery, but suddenly this jerk came to the picture, what's going on in his head? I know he's just being nice, but why? He ask me out of the blue "So what happened to you? This is the second time I saw you crying" with his eyes on the road... He does have a point he already saw me crying not just once but twice because of Steven... so I told him the whole story.

My tears are starting to fall again. Jayden stopped the car and I felt his arms wrapping me "It's going to be okay Liana everything will be alright you can cry as much as you want, just let it all go" he whispered.

After a while he releases me from his embrace and I felt awkwardness on the air.

"Uhm.. hey Jayden... Thank you"

"Wow! you remembered my name!" he laughs "You're always welcome" my heart skip a bit with those words

"You can drop me off here now Jayden, I'll just walk to my house"

"Where do you live?" he ask, I pointed straight forward

"It's just four streets ahead so you can drop me here"

"No. it's already dark... just point me your house and I'll drop you off there"

"Okay" I replied, then I stared at his face

"I know I'm handsome, just try not to fall in love, okay"

"Jerk!" I said, I already saw my house so I pointed it to him. When we got there he parked his car in front of my house.

"Here we are" he said

"Thank you for driving me home Jayden" I told him

"It's my pleasure" he replied, then I got out of his car.

After I got out he opened the side mirror "See you tomorrow Ana!" he said

"It's Liana, Jayden" I told him

"Well I like Ana better" he replied with his sparkling smile

"Whatever jerk!" I told him, then I went inside the house without looking back.
