My first adventure with the tmnt

Chapter 3

*Beth's pov*

They asked me questions before I told the the story about being in the hospital. I told them about spending Easter with the friends I made, singing before bed, and even being on pretend drugs. (You know. Messing with the staff.) we had a so much fun.

Then the turtles shared there own story's. When they were first mutated,when they first faced some guy called the shredder, and even when they were turtle tots. There father brought out some photos when they were kids and I almost died of cuteness.

"Is that Mikey watching my little pony?" I asked as I looked at a pic of Mikey in front of a tv with a MLP logo. "I still do!" Mikey said proudly. I raised my hand and said "bronies forever!" We high fives and looked at more photos.

I saw one with Leo playing with a wooden katana. SO CUTE! I also saw one with raph freaking out in front of a roach. Me and Mikey laughed are butts off as raph glared at us.

"Hey," I started "I have that same reaction with spiders. Don't get mad." Then I gave him a small smile. "Plus I think it's cute that a bad guy like you is scared of a little roach."

"Is that good?" Donnie asked and I nodded.

All of the sudden my phone went off. I picked it up. "Hello?"

"Bethany. It's me CJ." My brother said in a panicked voice. "Shit. CJ I'm so sorry that I skipped my shift. I'll work-" then my mom interrupted. "Bethy. Don't come home. The store caught on fire. And Dads still in there.

"WHAT!" I yelled as I popped up to my feet. "Don't come home!" my mom said then hung up. "I need to go!" I said as I ran to the exit. Leo ran to me and said "what's wrong?"

"My apartment is on fire! And my Dads trapped inside! I got to help him!" I yelled. "Bethany. We'll help your dad." Leo said "you stay be-"

"NO! I almost lost my dad once. I'm coming too!" I said. "But-" April said but I cut her off. "IM COMING! AND YOU CANT STOP ME!" I yelled and she jumped back.

"Well come on!" Mikey said as he came. He turned his back to me too clime on. So I did.

"Beth, are you sure about this?" Donnie asked. "Dose this girl look like she cares?" I asked sarcastically. Then Mikey started to run. "She lighter than she looks." Mikey said as we ran down the tunnel.

We left the sewers and started heading down to my apartment where firemen we trying to put out the fire. we were on the roof top next to the apartment when the turtles went into my bed room window.

*Donnie's POV*

I ran into the apartment. I looked past the smoke and saw Babymetal, anime, and video game posters. "Guys!" Bethany yelled. "You should look in the back of the store! That's dad work shop!"

"Ok!" Leo said as he broke the bedroom door down. As I walked out I saw a sliver tube with some sort of symbol on it. I picked it up and went down stairs.

Raph and Mikey started to chock because of the smoke. "W-we need to retreat." Mikey said as he walked back. "Mikey just stay down. The smoke rises. Stay low too the ground and you'll be fine." I said and pulled Mikey down to the marble floor.

We found the back door and kicked it in. In the middle of the room we saw a 50 something year old man on the floor passed out. Leo grabbed his arms and raph grabbed his legs.

"Let's go!" Leo said. "We need to exit from the upstairs window."Mikey said. "*cough* we need to hurry!" Raph said as he walked the man into the shop and up the stairs. We went to the window and went to the fire escape.

"Lets bring him to the ground." I said. Then we jumped down.

Bethany and April came down from the other building and ran to the man. "DADDY!" Bethany said as she fell to her knees.

"Call some fire men over. We'll hide." Mikey said as we walked up the non burning buildings wall.

*Bethany's pov*

I watched the guys climb up the wall. I ran to the front and said "I got my dad. HELP HIM PLEASE!" Then the man called over some doctors and ran to my father.

"Bethany! I told you not to come home!" My mother said as she walked over to me. "Mother. I'm sorry. When you said my dad was in trouble I needed to help." "Wait." My mother started "ARE YOU SAYING YOU WENT IN THERE!"

"What! No! I may be insane but I'm not stupid." I said with annoyance. "Beth. Your not insane, or stupid." My mom said as she held my shoulder.

Just then April ran over and said "The guys will allow you to live with them until your mom can find a new home."

"Who is this young lady talking about?" My mother asked. "Ummm... Should we tell my mom and brother?" I asked and April shrugged. "Tell me about what?" My mom said with wonder in her voice. "Ummm. Some friends I made at subway." I said.

"Really? Can I meet them?" My mother asked. "Uhh... Your meeting there sister April." I said gesturing to April. "Yeah! Nice to meet you." April said following my led. "Nice to meet you too April." My mother said.

"Well it's past my curfew. Come on Bethany before my dad gets mad." April said grabbing my arm and taking me down the street.

"Nice quick thinking Bethany." April said as we walked down to the turtles. "Thanks. I was in theater so it's easy to make stuff up as I go." I said.

"Cool! So your a actor?"

"Sorta." I said as I blushed a little. April looked at me funny and said "why are you embarrassed?"

"I don't know." I said as we lifted up the manhole.
