My first adventure with the tmnt

Chapter 9

*aprils POV*

I jumped down from the roof and ran at Beth's mother. "Miss Reutter! What are you doing?!" I ask.

"I'm sorry April. But I need to take Beth to shredder."

"WHAT!" I yell in shock. "He said nothing bad would happen to Beth, and if I don't do this he'd kill my son." She said as she looks down at her daughter. "That's a lie. Me and my friends will save your son." I say trying to convince her to stop making the mistake of her life.

She stands up with Beth in her arms. "I'm sorry." She says and then she shoves the cloth in my face and I start falling asleep as well.

*3 hours later*

I wake up on the roof of my apartment building. 'How did I up here' I think.

Then all of the sudden I remember about Beth. "Shit!" I say. I start running to my friends to tell them that Beth's in trouble. I pull the manhole open, fall into the sewers and run to the layer.

When I get there I see the guys playing video games. "BETHANY'S GONE!" I yell.

Donnie walks towards me and puts a hand on my shoulder. "Calm down April. What do you mean gone!"

I take a deep breath. "Beth. Her mom was there. But she put a drug in Beth system and now she's out cold. She thinks that if she takes Beth to shredder she can save both her son and daughter."

Leo walks over and asked if I tried to convince her that it was a lie. "Yeah. But she didn't believe me. She put the drug in my system and the next thing I know I'm on the roof of my apartment building."

"We need to help her. She knows where the layer is. And if she tells shredder were done for." Raph says putting his magazine down. "Mikey let's go!" Leo says.

"Wait! I almost beat the empire of fire! Five more minutes!"

Raph grabs him by his mask ties and pulls him to the exit. "Come on shell-for-brains."

We get to the surface and get to the roof top. I could tell that he was some what egger to get to shredders place. "Raph can you slow down?" Mikey asked. "Yeah. I never seen you run this fast before." I say slowly losing breath. Raph slightly slows down and says "I've been running more. I guess I've gotten more speed."

When we get to shredders layer we see Beth's mother and a very hurt man. Her mom tried to comfort him and says that he was only a boy. "Why did you do this to my son. What did we do to you?"

"You've done nothing." Shredder says "thank you for getting are strongest warrior back."

"Where's Bethany." She says with tears in her eyes. Shredder tells dogpound to pull a leaver on the wall and down comes Bethany in a cage badly bruised. "BETHANY!" Her mom says and runs to the cage.

"M-mom?" Beth says barely alive. "THIS WASENT PART OF THE DEAL!" Her mom says in furry.

Leo looks at all of us. "Ready to fight?" We all nodded and we jump down from the roof.

"Let her go!" Donnie says as we withdraw are weapons.

"And if we don't." Kriai says.

We all paused and looked at each other. "We don't know. We didn't think we'd get this far." Leo said blushing.

"Let's just fight!" Raph says and then charges at Kriai.
