CHAPTER 3: WALKING ALONE?

*flashback*

As I continued waking, I took out my phone and typed in my password and accidentally bumped into someone, making me spill a bit of my smoothie on both of us, dropping my bag and his sunglasses.

*endofflashback*

Chloe's P.O.V:

"Oh my God! I'm so so sorr-" I said as I lifted my head up to look at who I bumped into. "OMG! You're Ross Ly-" " Shhhh!! Please don't say anything!" He whispered as he reached down to pick up his glasses and my bag and handed it to me. "Fans will go crazy if they found out I was here. I really need to take a break. Please don't tell anyone?" "Don't worry I won't." I replied back then let him go his own way.

I suddenly mentally face-palmed myself because I remembered that my dad was in the same mall and he was searching for Ross Lynch..the one I just found.

I quickly turned on my heels and ran back to him. "Listen, I know that this may seem a bit crazy, but there is a TMZ paparazzi in this mall searching for you." I had to tell him. I'm not gonna let my dad ruin his life. He's tired and needs a break and is still young for all that pressure.

"WHAT?" He basically screamed at first, "How did they know? Did you tell anyone?" "No I told no one, but this paparazzi got some info saying that you might be here today, so I'm just trying to help." I couldn't tell him it was my dad.

"Thank you that really means a lot that you're helping but what are we gonna do?" "I don't know. How about you change into something "Ross Lynch" wouldn't really wear and you come with me?"

"Sounds good. But I never really got your name." "Chloe" I replied. We then sneakily searched around for something appropriate and then went back to my house. I know it's wrong to let a stranger get into my house but I was trying to help. I then called my dad and told him I was back home and tried to act as of nothing happened.

"Okay so I saved you from the paparazzi so you can go now if you want to, the coast is clear." I know it sounded like I was kicking him out. "Thank you so much for what you did for me today Chloe. I wont ever forget this." He then got up and gave me a quick thank you hug and I showed him the door.

After he left, I got up to my room and relaxed for a bit and made then made dinner for me and dad.

It was about 9 pm when he came back,and he directly started talking about his day. "I thought I would get something from him this time." He complained. "Don't worry dad, you'll get him next time." I tried to act cool and un-suspicious about the whole thing. We continued our dinner in silence making small talk every now and then.

It was a long and tiering day so we both decided to sleep. I went up to my room, changed into my pajamas and hit the bed. I dosed off in just a few minutes.
