"Oh, hello, Kyle." Kyle's mother said. "Who is this?"

"This is Emily. Her family just moved here a few days ago. They live in the red house next to the Stotches." Kyle explained.

"Well, it's nice to meet you!" she said.

"You too, Mrs. Broflovski." Emily said.

Emily and Kyle went into the kitchen to do their homework.

"Do you know the answer to number 7?" Emily asked. Math was her worst subject.

"7? Divide 28 by 4 to get the answer." Kyle said.

In the other room, Mrs. Broflovski was watching the news.

"The massive snowstorm expected to hit South Park has begun and will last at least until the end of the week. Schools will likely be canceled, and roads will probably suck even more than usual." the news anchor said.

"Oh, dear." Sheila said. "Better get that girl home, quick!"

She rushed into the kitchen.

"Emily, a snowstorm just started. You should get home as fast as possible!" Sheila said.

"Really?" Emily asked. "All right. See you, Kyle."

"Bye." Kyle said.

Emily stepped out the door of the Broflovski house, only to be greeted by a wall of snow.

"Oh, no, it's already bad." Sheila said. "You'll just have to stay here until it clears up."

"Stay here?" Emily asked.

"It's not a problem, Emily. What's your phone number? I'll call your mother and tell her."

Emily gave Sheila her mom's phone number as Kyle walked into the room.

"What happened?" he asked.

"I can't get home so I have to stay here until the snowstorm clears."

"Really?" Kyle asked. She gets to stay here for at least a few days? Awesome!

Kyle and Clyde had spent the past few days "competing" for Emily's affection, and Kyle knew this was his chance to bond with her.

Emily was sitting on the couch watching Terrance and Phillip with Kyle. Emily was pretty sure she was the only girl in the world that found that show hilarious.

Though Queef Sisters was pretty funny too.

"So." Kyle said. "I feel like we should get to know each other."

"Okay." Emily said. "Favorite color?"

"Green." said Kyle.

"Blue." said Emily.

They asked each other more questions, each one more and more ridiculous until they couldn't talk from laughing so hard.

Kyle noticed Emily had gotten cold, so he grabbed a blanket from the closet and wrapped it around the two of them.

"You cool with this?" Kyle asked.

"Sure." Emily said. Stop it, Kyle. Don't make me like you even more than I already do...

Kyle's mom walked in with two steaming mugs.

"There you two are. I made you some hot chocolate. The power will probably go out soon, so there won't be much opportunity for heat." she said. "Seems like you two got that covered, though."

Emily and Kyle both turned beet red from blushing so hard.

"I'm kidding." Sheila said.

They make a cute couple, though.

Sheila went back into the kitchen where she was cornered by Gerald.

"Sheila, are you sure you're okay with Kyle having a girl sleep here? For multiple days?" he asked.

"We don't have a choice, Gerald. It's too dangerous for her to go home in this weather." said Sheila. "Besides, look how adorable they are together. And they're kids. They won't do anything bad."

"I guess so." Gerald said. "Still, I'm not so happy with this."

"She's a nice girl, Gerald."

"That doesn't matt--"

"We have no choice! We have to let her stay."

"Fine."

"Thank you."

Night fell. Emily and Kyle had fallen asleep on each others' shoulders, still wrapped in the blanket.

Gerald came by to pick up Kyle.

"No. Leave him." Sheila said.

"Why?"

"You'll wake him up. Besides, it's adorable."

I guess she's right.

Gerald and Sheila went upstairs, while Emily and Kyle remained asleep.
