Bianca's POV

"He proposed!" She screeched excitedly

"Who proposed?" I asked and she stopped jumping around to give me a look of are you kidding me?

"Ethan!" She said sharply. "Of course it's David, who else?" She said sarcastically and I gave a sigh of relieve, I won't deny that when she mentioned Ethan, my mind ran miles. She showed us her ring finger and kayla and I said the Awwwn word together.

"Congratulations chichi" I said as I gave her a hug.

"I can't believe you are getting married soon" kayla said in awe.

"David said we are staying in new York permanently, I'm going with him to see his parent on Sunday" she said excitedly.

"Wait, are you happy you are getting married to the man you love or you are happy you are getting married to a white man?" I teased and she rolled her eyes.

"Both of course!" She said

"You are so lucky chichi" kayla said and we hugged each other.

We celebrated and did girls night out after putting the kids to bed, Ethan called and promised to come pick me to work tomorrow, I tried to change his mind since I have a car but he insisted.

We all went to bed around 3am since, we have to be at work the following day. As I tried to sleep, my mind drifted to Darlington, I hope he's doing well, I've not heard from him since I broke up with him. I'll call him tomorrow, I hope he doesn't decline my call. I thought of Ethan too, that man I can't do without thinking about before going to bed. His mom invited be to dinner tomorrow and I can't wait to be there. I wonder why Ethan's parent are this nice to me, his father doesn't even know who I am to his son yet, yet he's nice to me, even before his mother knew about me, she was nice to me, I'm just an ordinary PA. I never knew wealthy people are always this nice, I've always thought of them to be arrogant and egoistic. I kept thinking of Ethan until I drifted into a deep slumber.

The next day, I was still very sleepy but I have to be at work, I can't make Ethan do all the work alone. My eyes kept closing as I was applying make up. I heard the door bell, I finished my make up and I went to the door bell.

Ethan hugged me when he saw me and he frown when he saw my face.

"Are you okay?" He asked

"I'm fine, let's go"

"The kids?"

" They are still sleeping" I said and he nodded.

"We went out and he opened the door for me, I hopped in the car and he drove off. On our way to the company, I slept off. I felt so comfortable and I enjoyed my sleep.

When I opened my eyes, I met myself in my room again. I checked the time and I saw 12pm.

"I can't believe I've been dreaming thinking Ethan has come to pick me up" I thought, I carried my bag and rushed out, I saw chioma in the living room feeding Rihannon.

"I can't believe I dreamt that Ethan came to pick me up, I overslept and you didn't wake me" I queried and she stared at me as if I'm some sort of weirdo.

"Its not a dream dummy! He actually came to pick you up, you slept off in the car and he brought you back here" she said and continue feeding Rihannon. "Lastly, he ordered me not to let you come to work, he said you should have enough rest" she said again and looked away.

I slumped on the couch. "Oh geez! What about kayla?"

"Her flight is 9am, remember?" She said and I nodded
