"Listen sweetie, it's not what you think!" Lizzy said hurriedly and moved towards him and tried to touch him.

"You were married? With a daughter?" He said but it came out like a roar. I never planned for him to find out this way, I'm so dead!

"No... Not exactly darling" she stuttered

"And your daughter is this woman my son is getting married to?" He yelled as he points at me.

"She's not my daughter!" Lizzy said and I opened my mouth in shock. "she just denied me, I'm such a fool to think she might try to make up with me" I thought as a tear slipped out.

He faces me and I gulped. "What's your motive young woman?" He asked sternly and I just shook my head. "I asked you a question!" He yelled and I fidgeted.

"I... I... " I stuttered.

"There's no way in hell you are getting married to my son" he said and I gasped. He faced Lizzy and shot her a deadly glare.

"I can't believe I've been blind all this while, I've been living with a cheat and a liar! You were married with a kid and you never told me and yet you want her to marry my son" he yelled at her and I furrowed my brows as I thought.

"What is he saying? If he overheard our discussion is he not suppose to understand that she wasn't just married with a kid, she left her husband and her daughter to chase his money, why isn't he talking about that? and why is he cold towards me?" I thought and I just stared at them.

"Calm down Nathan, that's what I'm trying to explain to her, I'm advising her to let go of Ethan_ I'm sorry for not telling you I was married to someone else, I was just head over heels for you and if I'd told you I've been married before, you wouldn't have liked me" she said.

"Cut that crap! Don't act so innocent! You ruined my marriage! I can't believe I left Jeanette for a whore and a golddigger!" He lamented. "Thank goodness, we were never married so I don't have to go through the stress of divorce!" He yelled and Lizzy gasped, her game is up and she's a dead meat.

"You can't do that to me Nathan! You can't call me a whore! I wasn't the reason for your ruined marriage, you are! I never forced you to sleep with me or Fall in love with me. Moreover, I left my family too, just for you! I chose you over my two year old daughter!" She yelled like a maniac and I just stood there and watched them yell at each other and I know this isn't going to go well. "Ethan is going to be so mad at me. I have to do something, I wish I have magic to wipe what just happen here off their brain. What should I do?" I thought.

"Errm... Sir...." I tried to say and he turned to fiercely and I slowly moved back, I've never seen him so mad, I never imagined to encounter this fierceness.

"You know when my son suddenly decided to marry you, I knew something was up, you are here to continue from where your mother stopped right?" He asked and I shook my head.

"Mr Wellington, i swear you got it wrong, I love Ethan and I'll do anything to prove it to you, i want to get married to Ethan because I love him, I just found out my mother that abandoned me and my Father when I was two is here married to you, I_" he cuts me off.

"You don't expect me to believe that cock and bull story, do you?" He asked. "I want you gone out of my son's life or anywhere near the Wellington's and if you try to take my Son's children with you, I'll have you rot in jail! Now disappear!" He yelled and I went out of his house with tears. I entered the car and the driver drove me back to Jeanette's house

"I don't know what he's going to do to Lizzy but I doubt if he's going to spare her. Why did God make me meet her again when I finally found happiness, I thought my pain was over, I thought my days of crying has come to an end but it seems this is just the beginning, the terrible woman that brought me to this world is the source of my pain, she's always responsible for the anguish I always go through, if she had never left my father, my life wouldn't have turned out this way, I will be just a normal girl with a happy family but she ruined my life.
