Ethan's POV

She looked at me after catching the bouquet and everyone turned  to look at me with a smile. I went closer to her, I knelt on one knee in front of her and everyone gasped.

Well, seems this is the perfect time to carry out my plan. I brought out the ring

I cleared my throat. "Errrm... I really don't know what to say because you've taken control over my heart and my head" I said and some people said the Awwn thing, I wonder why people say that.

"I want to spend the rest of my life with you Bianca, I want to have a happy ending with you, I want to share your happiness and your sorrow with you, I want you to bear my name and I want us to have our happily ever after so that's why I'm gonna ask you this. Will you marry me and spend forever with me_ even though my speech sucks?" I said hoping she wouldn't turn me down, I lost hope went her face expressed_ I don't know what to call it.

I waited for her answer as I still knelt on one knee. People are starting to look at each other wondering if she's going to give me an answer at all, it's been almost 15 seconds and silence is really awkward.

"Of course! I'll marry you Mr Wellington" she said happily all of a sudden and everyone clapped and cheered. I put the ring in her ring finger and I embraced her as I let out a sigh of relieve.

"You scared the hell outta me" I whispered in her ear.

"So scared of getting rejected?" She teased as she pulled away and held my hand.

"Damn! I hate suspense!" I said and she laughed.

Since the wedding is over, we proceeded to the reception.

People danced, drank, ate and I watched them all, I saw Bianca with her friends, I watched her as she laughed to what her friends are saying. I couldn't take my eyes off her, she's just so pretty, our eyes met and she blew me a kiss which I caught in a dramatic way.

People congratulated me on our engagement and I went to meet her where she's standing with her friends.

"Hello ladies" I said and they responded to my greeting. "Can I borrow my fiancée for a second?" I asked and she blushed.

"Of course, she's all yours!" Kayla said and I took her to the dance floor.

"Fiancee, ugh?" She asked shyly and I rested my forehead on hers with a smile on my face and my hands wrapped around her waist as we moved according to the rhythm of the song.

"Thought you were going to tell me something" she said as we danced slowly to the song playing.

"I just want to be with you, I was so bored but now everything feels right" I said.

"Oh! I see, feels right in what way?" I asked.

"Just the way we are right now, together..." I said and she smiled.

"You look so beautiful" I said. "More than the bride, don't tell chioma I said that" I whispered in her ear and she giggled.

After the party, the newest couple in town left and they will be in Hawaii tomorrow for their honeymoon.

We all went to our various places. Bianca bade her friends goodbye, they will be going back to Canada tomorrow and we will be going back to Nigeria tomorrow.

We had dinner when we got home and we all retired to bed since we are all stressed out.

I went inside the room and I saw Bianca coming out the bathroom in a robe, seems she just finished having her bathe. She seems lost in thought and I stayed for a while waiting for her to notice my presence.
