Bianca's POV
"My brother got into an accident on his way to rescue you, the doctor said, he's in a critical condition and only a miracle can save him" Kylie said amidst tears and I just stared at her as if she's speaking gibberish. She has to be joking, nothing can happen to Ethan, he can't die! He promised to stay with me forever.
I rested on the door and slowly slide down and sat on the floor, I can't even cry, my eyes are heavy but no tears, my heart shook and my head banged. I just stared at nothing. Ethan's father came closer.
"All thanks to you, my son is in there battling for his life, you caused nothing but trouble since you came and my son always pay for it!" He shot at me with venom and I just stared at him, i can hear everything he's saying but it's not assimilating, I saw Jeanette come closer.
"Look who's talking! Don't you yell at her, she has nothing to do with the state Ethan is, don't try to blame her for anything, if you and your worthless wife had not said terrible things to her, she would have been in a better mood to go out with guards, if anything happens to my son, you are responsible for it Nathan!" She yelled and he calmed after that.
"We know who's responsible for the kidnap Sir" we heard the detective say.
"Who is it?" Jeanette asked.
"It's miss... Errrm, Mrs Lizzy... Wellington?" He asked not knowing what to call her.
"You see!" Jeanette faced Nathan. " your wife is responsible for my son's state, I won't hesitate to sue you if anything happens to my son, have you now gotten the proof that Bianca is also a victim of your wife's game? She abandoned her daughter for money...." She yelled at him as she explained everything that has happened so far.
I just stared at them like a lifeless body and Nathan glanced me. I stood up and went towards the room Ethan is. As I attempted to enter, the doctors came out.
"Mr and Mrs Wellington, congratulations, he's safe now but..." The doctor explained
"But what?" Kylie shrieked
"He slipped into coma" he said and tears finally spilled. Everyone gasped and Jeanette bursts into tears.
"When is he going to wake up?" Kylie asked
"Maybe days... Weeks, months or years, I can't say" the doctor said and walked away. I went inside the ward and my heart sank when i saw Ethan connected to some beeping machines and breathing through oxygen. His head was bandaged and neck brace on his neck, he's badly injured. I sat beside him and caressed his bruised face.
"Ethan! Open your eyes, I'm here" I said as tears spilled involuntarily.
"Ethan!"I called again but his eyes are still closed. "Look at me Ethan! I'm safe, I've been rescued, open your eyes Ethan, please!" I weeped. I shifted him a little and laid beside him, I wrapped his arm around myself and put my head on his chest, with this man, I find peace and joy.
"I'm so tired Ethan!" I said as I felt my head keep banging, I still feel dizzy but I'm sure I'll be fine soon, Ethan is here, he'll wake up soon. My eyes slowly closed and I drifted into a deep sleep.

I opened my eyes and I didn't see Ethan anywhere, I'm alone on the bed in another ward, I saw Kylie sitting beside me, she's dozing, I touched her gently.
"Kylie, where's Ethan?" I asked faintly but she didn't answer me, she went outside instead and came in with Jeanette. Her face is swollen and her eyes are bloodshot.
"Bianca, thank God you are awake" she said and touched my forehead. "Your fever is down" she said and sighed.
"Where's Ethan?" I asked again.
