"Is everyone back from Free Time?" Asher called out. Everyone nodded and counted among themselves.

"Good! Now, let's all start walking to the mess hall for dinner. I hear they're serving their once a month blueberry pie tonight!" Natalie exclaimed, leading them quickly to the mess hall.

They claimed a table then went to get their food. Jevine grabbed and Apple and sat back down. She took a bite, then threw it away, feeling sick the moment she did.

Not again. Why do I keep forgetting?! She yelled to her self thoughts. She ran out to the nearest bathroom and threw up what little food she had. Mostly stomach acid though.

She sat next to the toilet, locked in the stall by herself. She waited until she was sure she was finished, then used the side bar to pull her weak self up. She flushed the toilet, then wiped the sides down with some cleaning supplies that were next to the sinks. She washed her hands afterwards and cleaned her mouth, gripping the sides of the sink bowl as she started her breathing.

Once outside, she slowly stumbled her way back to the mess hall, but ran into the Racoon cabin as she did.

Now of all times? She thought, annoyed as they blocked her way.

"What's wrong with you, murderer?" Vincent spat out. Jevine remained silent, looking down with her hair covering her face.

"Hey, where'd you get that nasty scar on your neck from? Someone try to decapitate you? They should've. The world would be much better off without you." Silvester said, scratching his arm which was now raw flesh.

"Without me, you won't know how to get rid of bed bugs. They're so annoying aren't they?" Jevine smirked, seeing red rashes all over them. They tried covering them up, but failed miserably. Jevine tossed her bottle with the killer inside.

"There's only enough in there for one person. Choose wisely, because I'm not making more." She said, walking past them. They all stared in her direction, shocked at her gesture, and annoyed because they each wanted it for themselves.

Jevine returned to the mess hall and sat at the table with everyone, nearly puking from the smell of food.

"Hey, where'd you go? Aren't you hungry?" Malcolm asked, offering an apple. Jevine quickly got up and pushed herself away, rejecting the apple, once again feeling nauseas.

"Are you ok?" Natalie asked, becoming concerned. Jevine tried to speak, but she couldn't hold it in again. She ran back out, but could only make it to a trash can outside.

I'm not going back inside where the food is. It's only going to make me puke. She thought, lying on the ground to ease her stomach.

Both Deer and Wolf cabin came running out and circling around Jevine, worried out of their minds.

"Jevine, are you ok?! Can you hear me?!" Sevaline said, leaning down next to her.

"I'm fine, just leave me alone." Jevine said, her body shaking from her weakness. She now only had stomach acid to give, so her insides and throat were burning.

"You don't look ok. So we need to send you to the nurse? She can help you." Ryan said, helping her sit up.

"Yeah. Ms. Vikki's a good nurse. She'll be able to help." Val said.

"It's ok. Nothing's wro- hey!" Jevine said, feeling her body being picked up. She looks to see who it was, and to no surprise, she saw Shane, picking her up and walking her to the nurse, everyone following behind.

Mindy helped to open the door and Shane placed Jevine down on a bed.

"What happened here? She looks so pale!" The nurse, Ms. Vikki said. She was a short and young looking woman who looked to be in her early twenties. She walked over to Jevine and felt her head.

"You're burning a high fever. You should be unconscious right now. What happened to her?" She said, then asked the others.

"She refuses to tell us. She just keeps telling us to leave he alone." Cooper said, leaning in close, getting anxious.

"What's your name sweety?" Ms. Vikki asked.

"Jevine Mitcham." She muttered, holding her stomach, trying to forget the stinging pain.

"Alright. So did you do something, eat anything?"

"Stupid apple." She grunted, turning to her side.

"Well that's why. Give me a minute to find your epipen." Ms. Vikki said, looking around her cabinets.

"You can't go eating apples. Did you forget that you're deadly allergic to them?" She said, injecting Jevine with her medication.

Jevine took in a deep breath and shot up.

"Trash. Trash! Trash!" She started shouting. She found and large trash bin near the desk and ran straight to it, draining herself of acid. Half of the group turned away in disgust, while the others worried too much about that.

Jevine finished and breathed heavily. She fell on the ground, her legs far too weak to support her. Tristan and Cooper went up and helped her stand and walk back to the bed.

"I want an apple. They were daddy's favorite, but we never bought them because of me." Jevine said, her voice shaking and her mind wandering off. Her skin was pale and cold. She stared at the ground in a blank stare.

"Mom would rarely make Apple pie, but I was never allowed to have any. Lathy and daddy would eat it all while I sat.across the table and are nothing. I was hungry. I wanted apples." Jevine kept muttering. She continued to mutter as Mr. Vikki escorted everyone outside .

"I can only have three of you at a time for visits. And you can only visit during Free Time, so you can come back tomorrow to check on her. She'll be fine here." She said, shutting the door. They last glance they all.got of Jevine, was her delusional self rocking back and forth on the bed.

"Well, we can all come and visit her first thing tomorrow at Free Time. Let's get going though. It's past nightly roll call." Asher said, leading everyone back to the cabins, even though they were all still in shock about what had happened.
