Jevine walked inside the cabin to a bunch of wide and teasing eyes.

"Sooo... You and Cooper won, huh?" Sevaline spoke first. Jevine shrugged and got out her sleepwear. She walked into the bathroom, but left the door barely cracked.

"Anything, uh, interesting happen that you would like to enlighten us with?" Mindy asked, literally sitting on the edge of her seat. Jevine kept on ignoring while she changed out her shirt for her tank top and washed her neck to get rid of the make up covering her scar.

"Well, what about Tristan? You've been with both of them so far on a talking level." Val said.

"Nothing." Jevine said, pulling on her short shorts. Once she finished, she pulled on her jacket and pulled her hood over her head. She then wrapped her scarf around her neck to insure that her scar was covered. She walked out of the bathroom and there her clothes into a basket she brought to use for her laundry basket. She hopped into her bed and looked at the others.

"Well, you say nothing, but there's something." Debra said.

"I don't trust boys. They just turn around and stab you in the back." Jevine said aggressively, turning to face the wall.

"So.... I take it that you've had a boyfriend before?" Lola assumed. Jevine remained silent.

The girls began to mutter amongst themselves, and Jevine simply blocked them out, falling asleep.

.

.

"The view is amazing. Almost as amazing as you Jevine."

"No. This view is majestic. Graceful. Beautiful in every way. I can't measure up to that no matter how hard I try."

"Don't put yourself down like that. You are beautiful in my eyes, and for those who can't see that, they're blind."

"My dad says that all the time, you know. You don't have to remind me. Oh, speaking of my dad, he comes home in three days! Isn't that great Alvar?!"

"H-he does? Well, I can't wait to finally meet the father of my girlfriend. H-how long did you say he served for?"

"It's been about six years. I haven't seen him since I was ten. All I remember of him in person would be his height. I'm so close to being as tall as him. But I'm still at least five or four inches shorter than him. Then again, he's on the shorter side of men. Last I checked, he was five feet and four inches."

"Well, I should be getting home now. I'll see you tomorrow Jevine."

"Yeah. See ya Alvar."

No. Don't let him leave. You know what he's going to do, don't you?! Stop him! Call the police! No! No! No! No!

"Someone stop him!"

Jevine shot up in her bed, breathing quickly and sweating. She looked around and saw all of the girls eyes on her. She calmed her breathing and checked her neck, finding no scarf, and her hoodie was down. She quickly slapped her hand on her left side and looked around.

"Is this what you're looking for?"

Jevine looked down at Mindy, who was holding her scarf.

"What did you see?" Jevine said quietly, but firmly.

"Just that scar that Zachary pointed out earlier. We thought that he was playing around, until we looked for ourselves while you were asleep." Val said.

"So, mind telling us how you got it? It's so deep that it's hard to believe that what happened was a small accident." Sevaline said, crossing her arms in a disappointed manner. Jevine lowered her hand, not caring about covering it up when they knew. She got down from her bed and pulled her hood back over her head and putting some shoes on.

"Where are you going?" Lola asked, blocking the door.

"Come on Jevine. We're your friends. We just want to understand what happened so we can help." Debra said.

"Help? Help?! You really think that's what you're trying to do? Well, you're not helping right now. I have awoken from a dream I could've stopped and now I'm being forced to give my heart and soul to those I have no reason to trust. Now, it's two in the morning, and I'm going for a walk. Goodbye." Jevine said out of anger. She hopped back into her bed and jumped out of the window next to her. The girls looked shocked as Jevine walked away.

Jevine walked a mile away from the Deer cabin to the other side of the camp, where the Hedgehog and Racoon cabin were. She looked in the Windows of the Hedgehog cabin and saw all of the girls asleep. She then started to make her way to the Racoon cabin, until she saw silhouettes of the boys sneaking out of their cabin. Jevine hid in the shadows and followed them.

"You sure that the Wolf cabin is this way?" One of the boys asked.

"I think so. Their cabin is across the lake from us. We need to hurry though if we want to get this prank over with." A second boy said. Jevine didn't like the way they sounded, so she took a shortcut through the path her and Cooper took during the scavenger hunt. She got to the Wolf cabin and looked in to see either the boys half asleep or fully awake. She knocked on their door and looked back to make sure the other cabin didn't get there.

"Who's at th- Jevine?! Wh- what are you doing here?!" Ryan said as he answered the door.

"Racoon cabin, targeting your cabin to prank. They didn't sound playful. They sounded like trouble." Jevine said, hoping he wouldn't laugh at her for being riled up about a prank. Instead, Ryan seemed concerned for two reason.

"Ok, but first off, how did you find out? Oh, and you should come in."

Jevine walked in and the boys were all suddenly awake to see Jevine.

"So, how did you find out about this?" Ryan asked again.

"I was walking, and saw them." Jevine said, hanging her head low so at least the boys wouldn't see her scar.

"Why were you walking out there alone this late?" Tristan and Cooper both burst out. They have each other glances, but quickly brushed it off.

"Annoying girls." She said quickly.

"Ok, as for Racoon cabin. We should probably do something about that. Knowing the Raccoons history, they're mostly filled with troublemakers. What could they want with us." Shane said.

"They were carrying habitats. Probably going to fill your cabin with insects. I can help with that." Jevine offered. Before anyone could say anything, they heard rustling from outside and quickly turned off their lights.

"You think they'll like their new pets?" A third voice said.

"Everyone loves roaches. Come on! It looks like they're all-"

They boys tried to stop her, but they couldn't. Jevine had walked out of the cabin and faced the group. They looked shocked and annoyed.

"What's a girl doing coming out of the boys cabin? Sneaking out and being naughty?" One of the boys who Jevine recognized as Sylvester said. Jevine said nothing and walked up to one of the cages. She opened the lid and picked up a roach and placed it on her shoulder , like a pirate and his parrot. The roach stayed there and didn't move. The boys looked shocked and placed down the other cages. Jevine opened the lid and pulled out another.

"Fun fact about the larger roaches. They have wings and don't like humans." She said. She flicked the roach in her hand into Sylvester and it began to fly confusingly in his face. He panicked along with the other boys and ran away. Jevine smiled to herself, knowing that if they were true troublemakers, their next target would be her and not the Wolf cabin. Of course, she wouldn't tell anyone else that.

She opened the other cages and let the roaches out one by one. She placed down the one from her shoulder and took out a pen. She put the tip in the ground and walked around the whole cabin, drawing a somewhat line.

"The chemical front the pen will help keep them away. Goodnight."

Jevine walked back to her cabin and found everyone luckily asleep. She sat on her bed and texted her mom goodnight. She then shut it down and placed it next to her, lying awake for the rest of the night.
