Chapter three

The next morning

[Chaeyoung's POV]

I woke up silently since Mina is still sleeping.

I decided to cook breakfast for her since it's out anniversary today.

Once I was done cooking, I heard her voice echoing throughout the house.

"Chaeyoung-ah? Where are you?" She asked and I saw her head popped out from the railing on top.

"Morning wifey." I said and she smiled.

She then went down and I hugged her.

"Happy anniversary... But the present... I will have to give you later..." I said and she smiled.

"It's okay... I don't mind..." Mina said and I pecked her lips.

"Thanks wifey... Come on. I cooked breakfast for us." I said and she covered her mouth in shock.

"Wow... That's scrumptious..." She said and I smiled cockily.

"Of course... And what must you say?" I said and she pecked my cheek.

"Thanks hubby." She said and I smiled.

"Let's eat." I said and she nodded.

We then sit down and start to eat.

Mina keeps humming in satisfaction after every mouth of food she eat once.

"If you like it, I'll cook for today." I said and her bright eyes flashed on me right away.

"Really?!" She squealed and I nodded.

She clapped her hands happily while cheering.

I laughed at her actions and look at the clock.

I then realised that I was late for work!

"Oh my god! Wifey, I need to go for work now. Bye and sorry..." I said and she smiled.

"It's okay... Bye." She said.

I quickly went up and changed my clothes.

After changing, I went down and give her a long kiss on the lips.

"Bye wifey... Love you." I said.

"Bye... Love you too hubby... Drive safe." She said and I nodded.

I then took my keys and drive to my workplace.

I then saw Jennie waiting for me outside my workplace.

"Hi Jennie. So early today?" I said and she smiled.

"It's you that's late." She said and I look at the time.

"Yeah yeah..." I said.

I then unlocked the door and we went in together.

We then start to design the lights and when the lunch break arrives, we decided to eat outside.

We went to a shopping mall and eat.

After eating, we went to buy more materials as we seems to be out of materials.

But then, someone bumped into Jennie which cause her to slip.

Luckily I was fast enough to catch her by the waist.

"Oh! Thanks..." She said and blushed.

I can also feel my cheeks turning warmer too after realising that our faces is only inches away.

I then pull away and touch my the back of my neck awkwardly.

"I'll go pay." I said and left quickly.

I got to admit that she's still breathtakingly hot and pretty.
