Shadows Break Out (Loki x Nebula: Avengers)

Loki POV

He looked down at Nebula. What did he do that for? Why? He asked himself. Did she like it? Did I like it? Many question danced around Loki's head. On Asgard not many girls fell for Loki. They all went for Thor and Loki didn't really care about love until now. He just wanted the throne not love. Again he didn't what he was thinking.

But those thoughts he pushed to the back of his mind. Not saying and thing. Nebula looked like she pushed the last moments out of her mind, but Loki didn't. This moment would rest in his mind until his time come.

Then he just left Nebula there. In her little spot where she soon came to lay down. Seeming to be asleep but one of her hands rested on a weapon. Loki knew that she was on edge after what he just did.

So Loki walked over to where the tesseract lied. Erik Selvig studied the tesseract on Earth with SHIELD. SHIELD was the place Loki and Nebula arrived in. Erik withheld information about a group that SHIELD had on call. It was the Valkyries of Asgard. In this group was a man who turned into a big rage monster if anger. So Loki devised a plan if they show up. He made sure they were going to show up.

"The tesseract is wonderous!" Erik said to Loki, "She have showed me so much."

Little did Erik know that it was Loki who was planting these visions in all of his workers heads. Visions that will make them work. Somethings he had a little fun with them.

As he sat down, Loki looked over at Nebula. She didn't look peaceful when she slept like most women, she looked like bugs were crawling up her back. It was uncombable to watch. Her face not relaxed but in pain.

He thought about it. He thought about giving Nebula a vision. Seeing what happened to her. What Thanos did to his children. But he also had respect for Nebula. She might not like him climbing inside her mind, like she didn't like his touch at first.

After a while, Loki thought about it, about peeking into Nebula's mind. But he didn't.

The next day was much like the first. Nebula stood watching the city and movement of the people. Clint tried to help her but Loki just let her be. Erik and the other worked on the tesseract until it was perfectly ready for the last piece. Once Clint would get the piece, they would all move to New York.

As the time crept towards sundown, Nebula walked toward Loki. Her hips swinging from side to side as she walked, making Loki smile on the inside. "What do you-" she started to ask Loki something but he stood up from where he was sitting.

Weaving the image of a human woman back onto Nebula's skin, Loki spoke about his plan. He didn't tell Nebula everything because still a part of him didn't trust her. Once he was done telling everything Nebula needed to know, he nodded at Clint before placing a new image of himself on. This image just had a nicer more human like outfit on.

Clint and groups of soldiers marched out of the old warehouse. All of them were going to go to a storehouse but they needed a key. That is what Nebula and Loki are going to do.
