Toni's POV
I woke up to Cheryl's alarm on her phone.
I reached my em over her still sleeping body and turned it off.
Cheryl rolled into my chest before I could retrieve my arm, so I held her for 5 minutes.
I felt her stirring so I kissed her head and her eyes almost immediately opened.
"Let's get ready." I whispered.
"Ok." Cheryl smiled back.
I walked into the bathroom and got into the shower, soon after Cheryl unexpectedly joined me.
I wrapped my arms around her waist and kissed her slowly.
"I'll see you in 10 minutes." I smiled before leaving the shower and beginning to brush my teeth.
I then wash my face and get changed into a skin tight black dress.
I then curled my hair and did my makeup.
When I was finished I turned around to a beautiful Cheryl in also a black skin tight dress. Her hair was in one long braid and her makeup was on point.
"Are you ready?" She asked me just above a whisper.
"Yes." I replied.
"Let's get going then." I smiled as she lead me to her car.
We arrived at Thornhill's graveyard, the place where Jason was buried, and sat down in a chair.
Soon after we arrived Archie, Jughead, Betty, Veronica, Kevin, Fangs and SweetPea turned up.
Then some of the blossoms.
Then Penelope.
Penelope immediately walked up to Cheryl and me and said "Your Uncle Claudius has passed away. Car cash, and you're not invited to the funeral." Before turning her heels and sitting down in an empty chair.
Cheryl lay her head on my shoulder as I kissed her head.
Cheryl's POV
The whole funeral was a blur to me.
The only time I listened was when a man said "and now it's time for Cheryl Blossom, Rose Blossom's granddaughter, to read a poem."
Toni rubbed my hand as I got up and walked towards the stage.
I looked around at all of the familiar faces before landing in Toni's.
I smiled to myself before saying...
"Nana Rose was my guardian,
She always excepted me,
Even if my mother didn't,
She loved my girlfriend, Toni.
Nana Rose was always there,
Always right by my side,
I know she'll still be with me,
Even though she has died.
Nana may you Rest In Peace,
And play in the skies above,
Be safe and take care,
From Cheryl, with lots of love."
I looked up to faces of tears and smiles.
I then walked over to Nana Rose's open casket and kissed her forehead before sitting back down next to Toni.
She kissed my cheek as we waited for the funeral to end.
When it was time for the coffin to be placed in the ground I cuddled up to Toni.
After the funeral Toni and I went straight back home.
It was 10 PM and we had already eaten at the funeral so we cuddled up in bed and fell asleep in each others arms.
