Cheryl's POV
Today was the triplets birthday, and Toni and I were already ready and downstairs, waiting with a full English breakfast that included eggs, bacon, sausages, toast and beans. "Hey moms!" Avery smiled as she bounced down the stairs, ready for the day: "Hey, baby." Toni smiled at her before she kissed her head. "Hey moms." Noah smiled as he walked down the stairs, prepared for the day. "Hey Noah." I smiled as my youngest child came down the stairs. "Hi moms." Elijah yawned as he walked down the stairs, ready for the day too. "Hey Eli." Toni smiled as she gave him a hug. "Fourteen, eh?" I chuckled as I hugged all of my children. "Yep." Noah grinned as he sat down and began to eat his food. "After breakfast we've got to go somewhere." Toni smiled as she sat down at the table. "Ok." Elijah yawned as he wolfed down his food.

After breakfast, we all pilled into Cheryl's car (everyone including Scout and Maddie) and drove off. We then pulled up at a park where the triplets had their fourth birthday. "I haven't been here in years." Avery chuckled as she got out of the car. "Yep." Noah sighed contently.
"First clue." Toni smiled as she handed Elijah a small piece of paper with writing on it. "We know that it's weird to bring you here today, but ten years ago this was your favorite place to play, not only did it show us a great player, but it also introduced to us the beauty of nature." Elijah read to his siblings as I attached a lead to Scout and Toni did the same to Maddie. "The giant oak tree?" Noah suggested.
"Yeah! Come on." Avery smiled as she walked towards a large oak tree that was hidden in the corner of the park.

"Here we go." Noah smiled as he pulled out a similar piece of paper from the bark of the tree. "Well done! You've found your first clue, the next place is somewhere that really isn't new, let's say that you went here with your uncles, a fun place to test your muscles." Noah read aloud.
"The monkey bars?" Elijah asked his siblings.
"Yeah, Fangs and Pea always took us there." Noah smiled calmly as the triplets began to walk towards the play area.

"Got it." Avery smiled as she retrieved a piece of paper from a loose bolt that hung from the monkey bars. "The next place is where Elijah would play the game, that one day might bring him fame, this is the place where most teen boys go, and where Archie and SweetPea put on a show." Avery read to her brothers. "The football pitch, that's where Archie and Pea verbally fought over who was more like an uncle to us." Avery shrugged after a while.
"Yeah, and it's where I play football." Elijah chuckled in realization.

"Got it." Elijah grinned as he picked up a piece of paper that lay next to one of the football posts. "This is where Avery would cheer, and the boys would dread every year, this is where Noah found his hobby, and the place that we got the picture of the poppy." Eli read aloud to everyone after he turned around. "The stage. That's where Avery would cheer, and it's where I took most of my pictures and the picture of the poppy." Noah smiled proudly as he and his siblings walked off ahead, leaving me and Toni behind with the dogs. "They're really good at this." Toni smiled as we followed them, Scout with me and Maddie with Toni. "Yeah, they're much better than I expected." I smiled as we caught up to them. "Got it." Noah smirked as he quickly reached for the piece of paper that was stuck in between the wooden planks of the stage. "This one is placed somewhere in Toni's favorite dog, if you get it, stupid you're not, you must be really clever, because if it was one of your uncles, they wouldn't get it ever." Noah read to his siblings before they all turned around. "Eli you check Maddie, I'll check Scout." Noah sighed as he crouched besides Scout. "Nah, it's not one of the dogs." Avery bit her lip as she looked at her brothers. Elijah then smiled and walked up to me and lifted my hand, he then retrieved the piece of paper that was hidden in my wedding ring. "Gotcha." Eli chuckled as he turned around to see Avery in fits of laughter, and Noah in confusion. "You see, Toni's favorite dog is Cheryl, because dogs can be bitches, and people can be bitches." Elijah explained to Noah.
"Ohhhh!" Noah smiled as he understood what his older brother was saying. "Anyway, what does the paper say?" Avery asked her brother once she has calmed down. "This may be your least favorite place to go, so many memories, in sun and in snow, this is where you went every single day, to see the woman that made Cheryl proud to be gay." Elijah read aloud. "The hospital." Noah sighed as he pursed his lips. "Come in then." Toni smiled at the kids as we all turned around to go to the car.

After the car journey, we arrived at the hospital. "Wait. They wouldn't let us inside, because then we'd have to check in and there's no point in that, so it most likely will be somewhere outside." Avery shrugged to her brothers. "Touché." Elijah chuckled as he sat on the steps that led up to the hospital building. Noah then smirked and pulled the piece of paper from underneath the plant pot. "Ugh, you guys ate too good at this." I groaned at my kids, causing them to laugh. "This final one is where Cheryl was raised, and where her brother, Jason, was praised, this was where Penelope would abuse, and put Cheryl in her blues, this is your new home, this is where the Topaz family will roam." Noah read out.
"Thornhill." Avery smiled as we all got back into the car.

After the final car journey, everyone got and entered Thornhill, where we let the puppies free. Three large boxes lay on the floor. One labeled 'Elijah', one labeled 'Avery' and one labeled 'Noah'. "Open them." Toni smiled as her and I sat down on the sofa opposite them. Elijah opened his first. He pulled out an LA Raiders jersey, a football signed by the LA Raiders team, new shoes, new clothes, an iPhone XS Max, aftershave, deodorant and Omega watch. "Mom. This is too much." Eli gasped as he looked at all of his presents. "Let me just say something, you guys have gone through so much, only one parent, having to visit a hospital everyday to see someone you barely knew, having to deal with Penelope, having to deal with me and my problems over the years and having to put up with your uncles. You guys deserve this." I reassured my kids.
"Thank you so much." Elijah smiled before he hugged us both. Avery then opened hers to find new cheer equipment, perfume, deodorant, new shoes, new clothes, an iPhone XS Max, makeup, a handbag and a rose gold and silver ring. "Thank you so, so, so much!" Avery squealed as she hugged Toni and me really tightly. Noah then opened his to find aftershave, deodorant, new shoes, new clothes, an iPhone XS Max, an Omega watch, headphones and a Nikon D7500 camera. "Thank you so, so, so, so, so much, moms!" Noah grinned as he hugged us both tightly. "You're all welcome." Toni smiled widely.
"Now let's get home and go to sleep." I smiled as I grabbed Maddie and Toni grabbed Scout.
