Cheryl's POV
Toni left the take the call, handing me Harvey as she did. "Hey, you guys want another drink?" I asked the triplets. "Nah, we're fine." Avery smiled as she gestured to their half-full cokes. "Ok, tell me when you do." I smiled as I sat down next to Pea and Fangs, the twins on my knees. "They're cute." Pea chuckled as he reached for Holly, taking her from my knee. "Mhmm." Fangs hummed in agreement as he took Harvey. "Where's Tiny?" Pea asked me as he bounced Holly on his knee. "Calling Rosa." I told him with a small smile. Secretly I was jealous of Rosa. She was mostly all that Toni talked about. "Hey guys." Kevin grinned as he sat next to his husband. "Hi Kev." I smiled as he took Harvey from Fangs. "Where's your significant other?" He asked me with a wink. "Talking to Rosa." I pursed my lips. "Ooh, someone's jealous." Pea grinned with a wink.
"Am not." I argued back to my wife's brother.
"Are so." Fangs chuckled as he high-fived his brother. "I-I just-." I began before Toni pulled me out of the booth, sat down and pulled me into her lap. "What were you saying, babe?" Toni asked me as she sipped my Coke. "N-Nothing." I sighed as I shuffled in her lap, getting comfortable. "Ok..." Toni hesitantly replied as she took a chip from the portion and ate it. "Oh shit, you hungry, babe? We haven't eaten since breakfast!" Toni realized as she looked at me. "A little." I whispered as Oscar and Lola walked through the doors and sat next to the triplets. "You ok, babe? You're acting... different." Toni asked me as she turned me around in her lap so that I was facing her. "Yeah, I'm fine." I lied as I fake-smiled.
"I'll go and ask the triplets if they want anything." Toni grinned as she scooted from underneath me. "We'll talk later, yeah?" Toni whispered in my ear as she passed me. I just gulped and sat back in my seat.
Ten minutes later, Toni gave the triplets and the older twins (Oscar and Lola) their food, before she came over to us and gave everyone their food. She then gave the twins some chips, seeming as they had recently finished teething. "Here, babe." Toni whispered as she passed me a burger. "Thank you." I whispered as I began to eat it.
After everyone finished eating, we decided that it was time to go, since the twins needed their sleep and Toni 'needed' to talk to me. When we got home, the triplets went into the gaming room whilst me and T put the twins to sleep. "So Cheryl, tell me, baby, what's wrong?" Toni asked me softly as we sat down on the sofa downstairs. "Nothing." I lied.
"Cher, I've been dating you for seventeen years, I know when you're lying." Toni sighed as she turned to face me. "It's Rosa." I whispered quietly.
"Rosa?" Toni asked me, shocked.
"Yes." I whispered back to her as I looked at the floor. "What about her?" She asked me softly.
"She saved you and I didn't. You talk about her all the time. You work with her. I'm jealous." I sighed, letting everything out. "Trust me babe, there's nothing that will change my love for you. You are my wife and Rosa is my co-worker. I love you more than anyone else in this world, Cheryl Marjorie Topaz. Look! The name even says it. You've taken my surname babe, and only the people I love are the people that will take my name." Toni told me before she kissed me.
God, I love this woman.
