Chapter 39

Louis’ POV

Before we could arrive at the hospital, Harry gave us a call. She’s gone now… My cousin… Gone…

I couldn’t stop getting teary, we all couldn’t. We arrived at the hospital and I saw Harry sitting on the floor, outside of Kayla’s room. He was running his fingers through his hair, as he cried his eyes out. He looked at me and stood up. He gave me a big hug and I hugged him back. He was crying and crying, well, we were actually crying together. Kayla meant a lot to me. She meant a lot to all of us.

-6 days later-

 

Harry’s POV

Today was Kayla’s wake and each of the lads had done their speech. Now it’s my turn…

“Kayla was probably the best girlfriend I have ever had. No words could describe how perfect she was. She taught me how to love again… She taught me how to forgive… She taught me to stay strong… Kayla was the only girl who could make me smile even though I was mad, to make me laugh even though I was sad… She was the only girl who I could act as myself, the weird Harry. In our relationship we had our fights, but that never stopped me from loving her. And I realized how strong our love was for each other, after a mistake that I truly regretted but, I have to take full responsibility of. I’m not good with speeches… So, what I’m really trying to say is…Kayla is a perfect girl…She is amazing…And she means a lot to me-to all of us… You will truly be missed, beautiful. I love you...”

I started to tear up, realizing that all our plans together were gone now and here I am, giving a speech at her wake.

-1 day later-

 

I watched her casket go down with tears on my cheeks; the 5 of us were just in front, sobbing. Until now, I still couldn’t accept the fact that the love of my life was gone now. It’s like my whole life was over, but I promised her that I’ll stay strong… Now she was 6 feet down and they started to cover her casket with soil…

Thoughts of Kayla started playing in my mind 

*flashbacks*

-Chapter 2: In Love-

“Nice to meet you Harry” Mikayla said. I smiled “Nice to meet you too Mikayla” I replied.

-Chapter 3: Hello Beautiful-

“Why so hard to get?” I asked in between my little giggles.

“Are you saying that you’re hitting on me?” she asked/teased. I smirked

“What if I am?” I said, moving a little closer to her.

-Chapter 4: Those Eyes-

“Harry-“ She started “Amazing, right?” I continued. She chuckled and nodded.

“You’re so beautiful” I mumbled. She looked up at me and smiled. I got lost in her gorgeous brown eyes, I leaned in slowly and as soon as our lips were about to touch, my phone rang

-Chapter 6: That Should Be Me-

“I’m Harold Edward Styles but you could call me sexy-“ I said and then winked. She crossed her arms. “-or Harry” I  continued. She smiled then shook his hand.

-Chapter 12: Moment of Impact-

I knelt down in front of her, with a small box in my hand

“Will you be my girlfrinity?”

“She doesn’t even remember me!” I continued. He sighed

“Mr. Styles, if you give her some time, she will remember you” He said. I scoffed

“I love you…” I told her. She smiled “I love you too…”
