the next week all throughout the school i could hear murmuring of things like; "look beside the tall redhead! those are the potters!" or "did you see their scars? it's a shame hers is more noticable than his. she must feel very grossed out just by looking at herself!". thus went on all day.

in potions, which was all the way in the dungeons, I had to sit beside a pug-faced girl with a nasty attitude.

(in the movies I think she's actually really pretty, but in the books she's described as an ugly person, so that's what im going by).

she kept talking to me calling me atrocious names and complaining. professor snape gave me a detention with him that evening after dinner and took 20 points from gryffindor, when really it was the parkinson girl who should've gotten in trouble.

at dinner, a second year hufflepuff boy thought he'd be sly any hit my butt on the way out of the great hall. let's just say it didn't go over easy and ron and harry ended up in snape's detention with me. whilst the boy was in the hospital wing.

detention wasn't that hard, all we had to do was wash dirty couldrons without magic. which was pretty easy.

*im gonna skip to after they get caught out late*

i trudged down to the entrance hall with hermione and harry, once we arrived we were met by filch, neville, and draco.

I stayed silent, listening to filch drag on and on about us not gonna want to be wandering after dark in the castle.

draco freaked out a bit once we found out we'd be going into the forbidden forest with hagrid.

"im not going in that forest," malfoy began, "this is servant stuff, not something for students."

"don't be so snobbish, malfoy. can you just not complain for once in your life?" i turned to face him.

he stayed quiet, but not after saying his father will hear about it.

we followed him over to the edge of the forest.

"hagrid, is that unicorn blood?" i asked, pointing to a silver looking liquid on the ground.

"yea, there's one in 'ere, been 'urt real bad, yer all gon' 'ave to keep an eye out for it in there."

draco chose fang and was put with harry and i. whilst hermione and neville were supposed to go with hagrid.

we then walked into the forest with the intentions of finding a hurt unicorn and knowing to not stray too far off of the trail.
