03》multi firehouse

Truck81, Engine51, squad3, ambulance61 factory fire 3042 Kenmore rd.

"This firehouse keeps me on my feet" i say to Stella as she runs next to me while we make our way to the apparatus floor

"It always had for me" Stella replys with a chuckle

Before I can say anymore me and Stella separate to put our gear on and get into the trucks

I jump into the squad truck and we take off to the scene

We arrive at the scene and boden is the first one out and checking out everything

"Squad, truck do a search and rescue but i don't think there will be people in here" boden says as more firetruck pull up along with cpd intelligence unit

"Got it cheif" both casey and severide say in unison

"Capp, Cruz you take west side Tony and mills take east side and me, Casey will go up to the top along with truck" severide says and Matt agrees on Kelly's plan

We all put our oxygen masks on and head in to the factory

"It was really easy to get into here? There might be residence in here" I say over my radio

Soon I hears a bunch of "okays" and "thanksyou" for everyone for warning them

As me and Kelly start to feel the walls for heat we hear calls for help

"We might need more people up here it sounds like a lot of people in here" severide says over his radio to boden

"Chicago fire department, call out!" I shout through the building

"Help! Help! Help!..." I get in return from a lot of people

"The doors locked!" I say to severide

Kelly backs up a little bit preparing to knock down the door

"Thats not a good idea lieutenant" I say knowing the fire will expand if we bust down the door like police

"Do you have another way?" He asks

"No, bu..." I say but Kelly cuts me off

"I know what I'm doing" he says busting down the door as the fire expands

We walk into the room to see a bunch of homeless looking men in there

I start walking to to them when I spot a fire pit in the middle of them

"I know the cause of the fire" I say over my radio

I grab a man and throw him over my back as Kelly and truck take the rest of the men

We start walking to the stairs to make our way downstairs when the stares collapse

But I'm on the edge and I fall but grab onto the floor and hold the man as tight as I can he just screams from below me

Kelly and Casey set the men they had down and help me and the man up

Me and the man finally get back into our feet Casey starts talking into his radio

"We are going to need people on the roof, so we can send everyone up because the stairs gave out and we can't get down" he says

"Copy!" Boden says

We wait and figure out something to use to try to get out right when we feel debris fall on us
We finally figure out that someone is in the roof cutting the roof off

"Casey you go first" severide says to me

I nod and grab my guy as a harness comes down

I hook the harness on me and him and they pull us up

We finally have everyone up and we then take turns walking down the ladders

"engine put out the fire" boden demands to engine

They get to work on putting out the fire

"You said you knew how the fire started?" Bolden asked me

"Yes they where keeping warm I guess then the building caught fire" I say

"Put that in your statements today" he say I nod and help everyone clean up

We all pack up and go back to the firehouse

I walk to the locker room with Stella

I hop in the shower and wash myself real quick I get out and get change right as Kelly walks in

"Nice tattoo!" Kelly compliments on my back tattoo

Just as I realise I don have a shirt on

"Thanks" I say as I pull on a shirt

"What does it mean" he asks

"There Roman numerals of my dad's death date" I explain

"Nice, I originally came here to apologize for the way I acted on the call" he says opening his locker

"No need to apologize, your my lieutenant and I acted t
Like I new more then you" I say looking down

"You probably knowing just as much as I do, you use to be a lieutenant as Well" he says

"Yeah, I don't know" I say not knowing what to say

"Would your forgive me if I took you out for a drink tonight? On me?" He asks

"Maybe, I'll have to think about it" I say smiling

He nods and chuckles

"How about I pick you up at your place?" He says

"We live right across from eachother, I could walk to your place" I say and he laughs realize he said something stupid

"Okay I'm go in to pick you up anyways" he says

"Okay lieutenant" I say to him and walk out of the locker room and to the kitchen

"Yall don't have plain potato chips?" I ask looking at the selection of potato chips in the cabinet

"Nope, because Otis hid them from everyone" Andy says from trucks table

"Oh fun! I'm going to find him" I say running to the apparatus floor to look for him

"Otis!" I yell looking around for him

"Yeah" he asks while popping up from behind on of the firetrucks

"Where are the plain chips?" I ask

"In the bottom cabinet on the right" he says so willingly I don't believe him

"You sure?" I say

"Yeah go check" he says rolling up the hose

"Okay I say jogging back to the kitchen looking in the spot and finding some plain potato chips

I grab a snack size bag and sit down and start eating them
