"Has everyone here knows, we have lost on on us today on a call, doing what he loved" boden starts while looking around on his men and women

"He will be missed deeply, we have set up a viewing on Thursday I expect you all to be there in your blues ready to give your honour to Peter mills, his family is coming down from Carolina for his viewing a burial" boden finishes

"Any questions?" Bolden asks

"What time is the viewing and burial?" Otis asks

"12:40 is when we arrive but the family arrives at 1:00" boden answers

"Any other questions?" He asks

Everyone shakes there heads in silence

"You all are dismissed" boden says walking out leaving everyone to soak the little information boden had given them

I walk out of there with gabby when Otis walks up to gabby

"You could have done more to save him same with you jenna" he says to me and gabby

"I did what I was trained to do, pull people out of fires which I did, he didn't have his mask on and inhaled smoke so it wasn't my fault and gabby couldn't do anything she did was she was trained for to keep a pulse up untill it could keep up anymore" I say to him as Casey and Kelly walk over to see me face to face with Otis

"TAKE YOUR MASK OFF, GIVE IT TO HIM, NOT HAVING AIR FOR THREE SECONDS WONT KILL YOU, JENNA" Otis yells

"MAYBE NEXT TIME YOU NEED TO BE A GOOD FELLOW FIREMAN AND NOT LET HIM GO IN BY HIMSELF HUH?" I yell back to him and Kelly steps in front of me and Casey steps in front of Otis then boden shows up

"KNOCK IT OFF NOW THE THREE OF YOU, MY OFFICE NOW" boden shouts at us

I walk to Bodens office in shame that I let Otis get to me gabby follows behind me with the same shameful look
"Thanks for defending me"she says while we wait for boden to walk to his office

Otis then walks over giving us weird looks
I roll my eyes at him as boden walk over to his office door and opening it holding it for us

We all walk in and sit or stand while boden sits in his chairs

"What was the commotion out there about, the fact that you guys were so loud I heard you from the common room" boden says sternly eyeing each of us down carefully

"Otis walked up to us and started telling us how we should have done something more to save mills and we defended are selves nothing got physical only verbally bad" I explain to boden

He nods

"Is that true otis?" He asks

"Yeah, but they still should have done more" he says

"They couldn't Otis he was already gone he didn't have his mask on and that really affected this event" he explains

"I'm sorry!" Otis apologizes

"Dont apologize to me" boden says

"I'm sorry guys" Otis says looking at us

"It's alright, everyone was building up there emotions and they just spilled out" I say to him and he nods

"Are you guys okay now, because I don't want to take one of you guys off of the rest of shift?" he asks

We nod yes and he nods

"You are dismissed, if someone comes up to any of you guys come to me about it, don't go upon yourselves to take care of it" he says

We nod and leave I go to the common room and sit down on the couch nex to Stella she's eating popcorn while watching some movie
I grab her bowl of popcorn and take some and eat it

She just looks at me and frowns
"You ate my popcorn" she says taking the bowl back
"Yeah it's good" I say taking more and popping it into my mouth
"Whatca watching?" I ask
"Suicide squad" she answers
"That movie is old" I state
"I don't care" she says

*3 hours later*

We haunt gotten any calls during dinner but now it's time to try to sleep before we get another call

I walk to the bunk room with Stella and gabby

I walk over to my bed and lay down while staring at the ceiling

A few minutes later I drift off the sleep

"I'm not cheating on you, bitch" jay says while grabbing me by the arms
"Okay I believe you jay, please let me go" I plead trying to get out of his grip
He swings me around and pushes me into the stove breaking the glass door and what I don't know is I started the stove top causing a fire to start when it catches the papers I put on the counter on fire
"Stay here" he says grabbing a rope and a chair

When I try to run, he pulls out his gun and points It to me

"We need to leave, or call the fire department now!" I yell at him
"No we will be okay" he says
"I'm a firefighter I know this shit jay" I say to him
"Okay I'll leave then bye" he says after finishing tieing me to the chair

"Fire department! Call out!" I hear someone yell

"Help! Help!" I try to say but it doesn't come out

"Fire department call out!" I hear Matt call out

"Help!" I try again but nothing comes out

I start coughing and I see mills pop out in the corner

"You could have saved me, next time look closer to the issue" he says walks over and kisses my head and disappears

I start crying hard which is restricting my breathing even more

"Hey there is someone here" in hear Kelly call out on his radio

He starts walking towards me but walks right through me I've gotten the person

"He looks to be and 3 years old, cuts all over him" Kelly tells Casey as I see a little boy in severides arms the little boy turns his head to me and says

"Mommy, you let me get hurt" he says with tears flooding down his face

I see a big flash of light come towards me and everything goes dark

I jump up in my bed and I see gabby look over at me quickly

"Are you alright?"she asks sitting up

"Uh, yeah just a dream" I say smiling

"Okay" she answers

I get out of bed and run to the turnout rooms to get my turnout gear on, I then make my way to the firetruck and we take off to the scene
