Samuel took me to a quiet lake. A lake? So much in common my dude. He sat me down beside me in the grass while he stretched out his legs. "What are your intentions, Samuel?" I asked as I looked out at the view half confused but the other half happy that he brought me here. He looked over at me,"You look like a tornado happened in your house. What's up?" I clenched my jaw debating on if I should tell him or not. I looked away,"Haha. Uh look it's a duck. Is that Brad Pitt? Look!" I said planning my escape. He wrapped his arm around my shoulder while staring at the night sky. "Wow who's with Brad Pitt? Angelina Jolie? I know something's up Yuna." He said as he stared into space with no expression. "It's just. I eavesdropped on my mom last night. And apparently-" I looked over to him,"Nevermind. It's family business. Maybe I'll update on you when I get the whole story." I said while stretching my legs out. He seemed disappointed but understanding. I looked around to see the empty lake filled with lily pads and ducks and even little chicks following their mother. I smiled at the sight,"My parents got divorced too. I live with my father. When I was younger, they used to fight everyday and that's when my habit of going to cafés started. It was nice to have a place where there's no shouting. A place with people who came to find peace." Samuel smiled as if there was no pain in those memories. "How'd you know my parents got divorced?" I asked curiously hoping to not sound selfish. "You're the princess of vampires." He looked at me. I could see his dark brown eyes through the darkness,"Your father is the king of vampires. Word has already spread that your mother and your father got a divorce. Now you're living with thirteen brothers and two parents." I shivered as he knew everything. "Wow." Was the only thing I could get out of my mouth. "I could feel the power from you. Your aura. Your eyes. I knew you're the princess." He said while looking at me head to toe. He truly was breathtaking in the night. His hair breezing through his hair while he stares into my eyes. I couldn't believe that he is right in front of me. "My father secretly started a new life with a new wife and my mother married the guy that was married to my dad's new wife." I said in one whole breath. Samuel grinned while looking at me,"Did you fall for me?" I rolled my eyes,"You wanted to know so I told you. Don't get any ideas, Samuel." He stayed quiet for a while and suddenly he turned on his side and pushed me over on my side. He got on top of me and looked me in the eye. It happened so quickly I didn't even know how to react. "What are you-" I was interrupted as Samuel quickly placed his lips on mine. He kissed me deeply letting me have time to think if I should kiss him back or not. I did if you were wondering. I wrapped my arms around his neck. He released to have some times to take a breathe,"God damn Yuna. I can't resist you anymore." My cheeks felt heated. I bit my lip to resist the urge to look away embarrassed. Suddenly I turned him over and now I was on top of him. I slowly licked his neck. Vampires. Sucking one others blood is a way to show affection. Hard to believe but we're blood sucking beasts. I brought out my fangs and my eyes glowed red with hunger. I crunched into his neck and tasted his sweet blood. It was savory. I loved it. Samuel placed his arm on my waist making me fall onto his body. My chest touched his as I slowly drank his blood. His grip on my waist tightened. His blood filled my veins and adrenaline was running through my body. Stop Yuna. You're gonna kill him. I took out my fangs and licked the blood dripping out. "Sorry. I got carried away." I whispered into his ear making him shiver. He sat up straight with his arm still around my waist. I was sitting on his lap with my legs wrapped around him. He released his fangs and revealed his red eyes. He looked so good in vampire form. I admired how he looked so much like the hot vampires you might see in Twilight or in a book. He came closer to my neck,"May I?" I assumed he was referring to partaking my blood. I smiled,"You may." He crunched his fangs into my neck and I grabbed his hair. His fangs sucked deeply into my neck. It's been a while since someone drank my blood. It felt satisfying and pleasing. He breathed in deeply as he took large gulps of blood. After another three minutes or so, he took his fangs out of my neck. I licked my neck once more before looking at me. "I never thought I would have the honor to try the princess's blood." He smirked with his cheeky smile I loved so much. "Well I'm as well honored." I replied. At that moment, I didn't care about the future. I only cared about the present with Samuel. I never wanted to admit it but I love him. I was in love with Samuel. Let's see how long this can last.
