Eduardo and Tord traversed the streets heading towards where Eduardo had been taken from. He was apparently in a rebellion group against the Red Leader. On their way, Tord had learned that the dead looking city was more alive past the outer edges of it than he could have ever imagined! A lot of people ran away from he and Eduardo, stayed their distance, looked horrified or confused, and very few ignored them completely. Him simply being Tord was going to cause a lot of problems out in the open..

"We're pretty much here." Eduardo informs as he ducks under a dilapidated archway, formerly a place for a door, and went into the almost pitch black building. Tord followed, and could barely navigate his way after Eduardo. His constant almost tripping would also serve to be a problem since everything's so dark here; meanwhile Eduardo seemed like he had permanent night vision or something.

They went down some precarious stairs to an underground level to the building, and Eduardo stopped at a huge pile of rubble; ceiling where the above floor had fallen down. Removing it reveled a small passage way that only one person could crawl through at a time.

Eduardo motioned him to go first so he could close up the entrance again properly and follow behind. Before he knew it, the slowly brightening tunnel opened into a small room with a door.

"Is this it?" Tord asks as Eduardo stands up beside him.

"Technically. The first couple rooms are empty so that if we get caught down here, we'll hear the soldier's echoes in these rooms before they actually find out that we're here. Rooms look less empty a bit further down." Eduardo explains, starting to lead Tord towards said rooms.

"What did this place used to be? No way you dug it out yourselves in this kinda world.." Tord says, looking at how smooth the walls were.

"You're right on that account, though we did make the tunnel. You see, this building used to be a huge hotel, and back here were basically rooms for staff and those doing over night shifts, I think? The original hall down here collapsed, but someone else in our group knew this area existed, and now we pretty much hide here." Eduardo says, shrugging.

"Through this door is where we may or may not see someone else. Usually quite a few spend a lot of time in here. They'll react very negatively towards you; remember that." Eduardo says as he opens the door.

Inside this room Tord recognized quite a few people. He figured that since they'd still all been friends after high school, they'd banded together after this fallout of the city. There were Edd's other neighbors, Kim and Katya, as well as someone he didn't recognize, but was alarmingly wearing a Red Army uniform.

"Eduardo..?" Kim says, slowly standing up as the two entered the room.

"Why is he of all people here!?" Said the one in the uniform, looking very alarmed.

"I can-"

"TRAITOR!" Kim yells, interrupting whatever Eduardo was trying to say.

"If you all would shut your traps for five seconds, I could tell you what's going on!" Eduardo says back, everyone falling silent.

Tord awkwardly looked everywhere but at the hateful glares being sent his way. He didn't even do anything; why was he in this mess?-

"This isn't who you think it is. Well, apparently he is according to himself, but also not? Don't quote me on that. He's the one who got me away from the main base in the first place, so I think we should at least trust him a little right now, until he proves himself either way that he's not the same as the Red Leader."

"Wait, what's going on? Two of him?" Katya chimes in, clearly confused.

"Someone brought me from the past, and now he's dead and I'm stuck here against my will, I suppose.." Tord says absently, thinking about something other than what they were all talking about.

"So you are the same Red Leader?" The guy in the uniform says. "Just younger? Then you're just as untrustworthy as he is!" He says.

Tord snaps out of his thoughts and yells back, "I'M NOTHING LIKE HIM, OKAY? I don't kill my friends- or anyone for that matter!"

"From what I know, this Tord's from back in high school. He acted the total opposite to how he does now as the Red Leader; that's why I think we can trust him." Eduardo adds in.

The other three didn't look very convinced. "As long as he doesn't go and off us in our sleep, I don't care." Kim says, coming to a conclusion for the other three.

"Pau! Pau- where are you when someone actually needs you?" Someone says, standing in the open door way to Pau's house. Going inside, he turned the whole place upside down. At first, looking for the man himself, and then deciding he's not here instead looking for why he'd shown up in the first place.

Pau, the Red Leader, and very few others were the only ones who knew the location of a quite secretive scientist known by the name of Bing. Bing had something he needed from him right now, but he had no idea where Bing had gone to all those years ago when he originally disappeared.

Growling in frustration, the man leaves Pau's house a mess, but has the decency to lock and close the door behind him again as he left. Adjusting the screen on his face, Thomas runs back down the street he had come from to instead search for the infamous Bing on foot. He didn't know what happened to the Tord from the past, but he knew he was alive. Killing one Tord kills the other while they're here in the same time.

That meant Tom had nearly all the time in the world to find Bing and then hopefully convince Bing to mess with timelines once more. Bing had done it before, and it didn't end well..

After all, if it weren't for Bing, the current outcome of a destroyed world wouldn't have been their future.
