It had been a few days since Eduardo had brought him to where he was now. Tord had come to learn the names of everyone here, and all but one he knew in some way; whether personally or because his friend was friends with them in the past.
There was Eduardo, Mark, Kim, Katya, Diwi, Laurel, and Yuu; Yuu being the one he didn't know at all, and also being the one who had the Red Army uniform.
According to the others, Yuu used to be an actual soldier, but had pretty much jumped that ship and ran off the first chance he had. He had morals and he intended to keep them. Now he helped try and protect his new friends in quite a simple way. He'd often "patrol" the area, which would tell any genuine patrols that he had the area covered. The Red Army was a huge place, and no one had caught on that it was the same guy always in the same place yet, but surely they would eventually. They're not stupid, they've just been lucky enough that no one had come through here twice and recognized Yuu from an earlier time.
Aside from the current members, there were the two who were now dead. Jon and Thomas, who no one actually knew if he'd died or not. Learning that Thomas had something to do with them confused Tord about how Eduardo had never reacted to Tom being in the cell next to him and all. Apparently Eduardo simply hadn't recognized him and was totally out of his mind until he had tried talking to Tord.
No one completely trusted him here. Eduardo trusted him the most due to the obvious reason of getting away from the Red Army because of Tord. Katya was trying to and was actually giving him a real chance to prove he wasn't the same; like Eduardo was doing. Diwi, Mark, and Laurel were pretty indifferent, though didn't trust him either, and Kim and Yuu hadn't an ounce of trust in him. Understandable, considering what the Red Leader has done and still does.
Anyhow, Kim had decided it was a great idea to leave this stuffy building and wander around outside for a while. Simply being out there wouldn't trigger anything grim to happen to any of them as long as they weren't in the way of any soldiers or clearly up to no good in the soldiers's terms.
They just had an eensy weensy problem. One word defined the complexity of the problem; Tord. Tord was in a real odd, confusing place right now. The Red Army would react very extremely negatively to him, yet the Red Leader clearly wanted nothing to do with him as well; and everyone else would be afraid of him or hate him. He can't just walk around as he is. To solve that problem, Mark and Laurel simply decided after much thought that the easiest way was for Tord's hood to his hoodie to be up, over his head. They also decided to call him Todd when around anyone else who wasn't themselves.
They wandered around in groups of two, so no attention was called to them. Kim and Katya, Eduardo and Mark, Diwi and Laurel, and Tord and Yuu. Obviously, Yuu wasn't in his Red Army get-up.
"I'd heard the Red Army figured out time travel, never actually seen proof of that, though." Yuu says.
"I pretty much trusted a stranger who hates me, now I'm stuck here. It's weird because I'm very close to the very same person in my present." Tord says, still not used to how dead yet lively everything was. "I can't believe that some version of me causes this to happen."
"And I can't believe you're different from the Red Leader when you've said yourself you're both the same person." Yuu says distastefully.
Rolling his eyes, Tord says, "Look, dude, I don't know what your problem is. I'm nothing like him whether you like it or not. I don't kill my friends. I don't need your ass constantly telling me how much you hate me when I already hate my own damn self for what this Red Leader has done. I'm not the murderer you apparently want me to be."
Yuu scowled quietly for a few minutes before he spoke again, "That doesn't change that I witnessed you kill my little sister without me being able to do anything about it."
"That's what this is all about? You're treating me unfairly for what "Red Leader" did; as far as I fucking care here, I've lost my two best friends, my boyfriend, and one of the happiest people I've ever met. They're all dead here, and I'm trying to do something about it instead of yell at people who had nothing to do with it."
"The hell are you doing then!?" Yuu says, "You're just trying to go back to the past and ditch us all here like the asshole you really are!"
"I know what happens here, so however it started happening can be stopped. Not only will this all never happen, but we'll never have to meet either." Tord clarifies, sounding very annoyed.
"Hey, hey.., wait a second.." Yuu says all of a sudden, his eyes wide as he turns to Tord. "If you die, the Red Leader would have to die, too, right? I could stop this whole massacre and be the hero." He says.
"Wh-What-!?" Tord falters as he stops walking, slightly backing away when Yuu turned around.
"We're idiots, we have a surefire way to kill Red Leader right in front of us, and no one acted on it! The Red Leader's an idiot for not forcing you to be locked up somewhere, ha!" Yuu says balling his fists and advancing a few steps forwards.
"Yuu.., wait a second and hear me out.." Tord says, briefly looking behind himself. "If you kill me, then what happens to- WAITWHATSTHAT!?" He couldn't believe that that had actually worked as he ran away down the windy streets; Yuu had looked elsewhere just long enough for Tord to almost get out of view. By the time Yuu turned the corner, Tord was gone, and he had kept going.
Could he even return to the "rebel base" now? He didn't spend very long there..

Thomas was running through the streets towards some place that he deduced was worth checking for Bing. He skidded to a stop and hid behind a building when he saw Yuu running down a different street. What was he doing? Never mind that- Tom kept running and avoiding any soldiers that he almost crossed paths with. He didn't want to risk dealing with them right now.
He not only needs Bing right now, but he has to find the Tord from the past again as well, and he could literally be anywhere by now. He hoped after this whole fiasco, Tord wouldn't hate the past Tom for anything afterwards. Or anyone in the past for that matter.
